The sales people are great but that’s not why I’m rating this place one star. I don’t understand how in this day and age a store on Lexington has only one register! Every single time I’ve shopped here, I always get stuck at the register and I would be lucky if the one register even works!!! This is crazy! The computer is down ¾ times I come in. This is ridiculous!!! Management should install 2 more computers/registers at least!!!

The service at this location is awful. The sales associates have major attitudes, I’ve both experienced it firsthand and overheard them speaking to other customers. I rarely go here and when I make the mistake of stopping in, I am immediately reminded why I stay away.

I’m giving this place two stars instead of one only because the layout is aesthetically pleasing. The service here was TERRIBLE! Interesting because all of the employees seemed very nice, but I literally stood there with a weighted boot in my hand for a good five minutes, trying to get the attention of three different employees who were either standing around or chatting amongst themselves. They looked straight at me and then went back to picking their nails/chatting about how much they probably hate their job. I finally got someone to take my shoe order, and then I sat and waited for them to bring the pair of shoes for a good ten minutes before I got completely exasperated and stormed out. Can I have the twenty minutes I wasted in this store back, please?
