Issue 1: After placing my order, i called to ask if the Jalapeño Peppers were spicy because not all Jalapeño Peppers. The assistant said they were not spicy. Because he was of indian decent and i their cultures pallet can tolerate spicy, i told him wanted it removed and he refused . Issue 2: Once i received my order, i called to state that this pizza is not eatable and i would like to return it. The same people who i spoke with earlier started scolding me telling me that to him the Jalapeño Peppers are not spicy so they should not be spicy to me. and they hung up on me Issue 3: I called back request the customer service number and his names and he refused to give both information. Issue 4: I was unable to return the pizza to no avail. I will never order from this location again. I have already contacted Papa Johns Customer Service. Eat your heart out.

Guys, I order from you almost every week because of my loyalty to Papa Johns since childhood. But holy crap use some common sense. I always like my pizza occasionally with the light cheese option on the mobile app. The pizza I got literally had NO cheese. If I wanted no cheese I would have said so. Sheesh, sometimes you just wonder what goes on back in the kitchen…

honestly, the only reason I get pizza from here is when I get the 50% off deals after the Nets/Yankees/Rangers win/score runs or goals and the cost of a small pizza(approximately 3NY style pizzas) is less than getting a couple slices from the nearby pizza shop. I usually order online and then just pick up the pizza(so I’m not lazy!). I’ve eaten Papa Johns at home in NJ and they’re honestly better than this location. Maybe it’s because there’s not enough sauce or something, but I don’t expect much anyways. But like I said, I only order here when I get the deals.

My roommates and I always order Papa Johns from seamless. I’m from Jersey so comparing it to my local Papa Johns in NJ, its subpar. I feel as though there is not enough freedom when they put the sauce on the pizza. It could definitely use some more sauce. Maybe they’re trying to cut costs haha. I can’t even imagine how it tastes without the garlic sauce. That’s probably the only reason I order from here. It’s literally a cup of garlic butter heaven. This place is decent if you have no other Papas to compare it to. I guess I’m just spoiled with my Papa Johns in NJ. Delivery is on point though. Eat when hot! Next day tastes no good in my opinion.

Best fuckin pizza downtown. Jacobs shoe repair next to it is great as well, across from their barbershop.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. First it showed up all wrong and when i tried to return it I first dealt with someone that i could barely understand. After waiting a half an hour for a cancellation email i called back only to get the extremely rude manager/owner chris. Ohh yea to top it off he wouldn’t refund me and hung up on me. ONCEAGAIN if i could give 0 stars i would.

If I could have zero stars, I would. Found a piece in my pizza and they did nothing to help. Not did they offer any compensation.

Cheap, small $ 1 slices. They’re pretty tasty. You’ll like it but trust me, buy your pizza from Two Brothers instead. They’re worth it. Papa John’s is not.

My love for eating mass quantities of cookies resulted in great shame and regret once again. This time, it wasn’t really from ridiculous overeating, but instead because it resulted in me trying the depressing pizza from here after seeing the ad for the new«Mega Chocolate Chip Cookie.» The idea of a fresh, hot cookie the size of a pizza pie excited me more than it should have, but honesty, hot cookies are one of the best foods ever. The ad shows a massive, thick cookie pie covering an entire pizza peel. So I was very confused when the delivery arrived and I saw a tiny box stacked on top of the normal sized pizza boxes. Luckily a hot cookie always tasted good, but it was still pretty disappointing. As for the pizza? Pretty bad. I struggled to find some meat on the pepperoni and sausage pie. The crust is also really doughy and way too big. I guess you get what you pay for though — there were a bunch of specials online and we got 3 medium pies, a large pie and 2 orders of Chicken Poppers and that depressing Cookie Pie all for about $ 50. I love my quantity, but I think I will opt for quality next time. I would rather pay double the price for some more edible pizza. Never again.

Located in the heart of financial district. I have always enjoyed Papa John’s pizza. Love their garlic sauce and pepper. I ordered online and it was ready in minutes. Cashier greeted the order with a smile. Definitely will order again in the future.

I used to come here for 99cent pizza slices when I worked in the neighborhood. This location isn’t particularly clean and the people working there aren’t very friendly. It’s worth it to just go to Majestic Pizza, over by Century 21.

Happened to be walking past. Saw a sign for $ 0.99 slices. Remember having Papa John’s a few times in my life. Decided to go in. Purchased a couple slices. Ate them… and was perfectly satisfied with my $ 2 lunch. and I’d totally do it again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… My friends and I ordered pizza from this place… two of us can eat pork, one of us cannot because of his religious beliefs. The two of us who can eat pork started eating the pizza and it wasn’t until my friend who can’t eat pork started did he realize that our pizza had bacon on it baked in. We immediately stopped eating and called the store. After explaining what happened they said they’d make us a replacement and we should just bring the other one back. However, once we got to the store, the clerk looked at the pizza and said oh that was because of the knife they use to cut the pizza(vegetarians and others with food restrictions beware… they don’t clean their knives… DISGUSTING). He picked the bacon off and said to my friend who can’t eat pork that now that the bacon is off of it, he can eat it. We tried to explain to him that my friend can’t eat anything that pork has even touched. Instead of being understanding, the clerk became really rude and said that he will not give us a replacement pizza that is pork free because we ate some of it(hello I explained on the phone we already ate some of it until we discovered the pork). He proceeded to say we were liars and we wound up leaving this place and the pork pizza behind. It’s completely pathetic how religious intolerance was demonstrated in a Papa Johns of all places. I don’t care how cheap their pizza is, I for one will NEVER order from here again.

Really? I had to argue with cashier about their own deal she had no idea about that was listed front door. She kept’ telling me about how no such deal exists about a 10″ small cheese pizza for only 5 bucks. She was telling me how it was 8 dollars… so I actually had to go and take a photo of their door with my phone to show it to her. After she acted like it was a fake photo… At that point I asked for the manager, and he apologized, and gave me the pizza at the cost that was advertised. 5DOLLARS All while the manager was making the pizza, the cashier decided to go over to a calculator and kept adding up the 5 dollar deal, like it wasn’t 5 dollars. Like at this point whatever she did the manager would recognize her. Yea he didn’t and though I got my pizza. I’ll never be going back to this Papa John’s again.

If I’m looking for a slice of pizza I’ll hit up a real New York pizza spot, but sometimes you need a full pizza with all the topping on the cheap and for that Papa John’s cannot be beat. Firstly, the price. If you are on their email list you’ll get weekly deals and coupon codes. Lately these have been really good(i.e. large pizza with up to 4 toppings for $ 10). The online ordering on their website makes it all so easy and quick. The pizza itself is in a different category than a NY slice anyway, so you can’t compare. This is fast food pizza, but it’s good quality, and no worse for you. The toppings are always good and the garlic dipping sauce is a plus. Note: This location has pizza slices at lunch time for $ 0.99(for cheese) and they also have some with toppings for a little extra money. These slices are bigger than the standard Papa John’s slice that comes in a large pizza; it is basically NY slice size. The by-the-slice pizza goes until 6:00PM.

My boyfriend always orders from this place, and he loves it. So i decided to finally order from this place myself since I was staying in his apt. I ordered online cause I got a facebook discount :) So I called the store directly, and told them I placed an order online, that I made a mistake with my order if they could change it, and the man on the phone was very friendly and had no problem fixing my mistake. I wanted to substitute that nasty garlic sauce that comes with the cheese sticks for pizza sauce… YUMMY lol Delivery came in less the 25 minutes, hot, crunchy, delicious…
