The people at O’Henry are very kind, but I will NEVER again use their services. I dropped off clothes for cleaning and my favorite pair of pants disappeared, were never returned to me. When I told them that they had lost a pair of pants, I was told that this was impossible, it never happens, that I was making a mistake. I have only a few pairs of pants and know that I dropped these ones off. Unless they walked down the street on their own, they were lost at O’Henry. It’s just not worth the risk. Wash your own clothes.

I used this laundry for self service and has a very good experience. The owner is very friendly. I was planning to use a big machine and she guided me to use a smaller machine. At the end She give me a free plastic bag for my cloth.

this place sucks. both times I’ve dropped clothes off with them they have lost clothing

I first found this location since there are only a few in my neighborhood. At first impression the business was clean and well run. I did my own laundry here, but on occasion dropped it off for next day pickup. On two occasions they have lost my items. First event I got home to open up my laundry and found 6 pairs of socks missing their pair. When I went back I was told they never lose that many socks… maybe one or two but never 6.
The second time I went, they forgot to give me an entire bag of my clothes. It’s again only when I got home that I realized more than 10 items were missing. I went back the next day and found them sitting on a dusty shelf in back.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR CLOTHES… DON’T RISK IT!
