Ef Laundry

I’ve been using Ef Laundry for about a year now, and had no complaints until recently. In the last 3 times I’ve used them, they have lost items in every load. I’ve complained each time and their response is to simply refund the load. While that is nice, it doesn’t help the fact that they have lost some very expensive items that I now have to replace, and they have taken no steps to fix the problem.

Ef Laundry is the best laundry service I have used in my 10 years living in New York. They have always been: on time, efficient, and friendly! Their services are highly recommended for both laundry and dry cleaning (can’t wait to have it back!).

Super friendly delivery and pickup guy. Easy website. Multiple choices of detergent and softener. Laundry picked up and delivered on a quick turnaround, with great early and late hours. In fact, they’ve even delivered my laundry on occasion for free same day if it’s ready and I’m available. Everything comes back clean, folded, socks matched. Been using them a little over six months and I’ve never had anything lost or ruined.
I have seriously ZERO negative things to say about them — I wish every business was as great as they are. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Ok, this is gonna sound like I work for this company, but really, it’s that awesome.
I’ve used Unilocal for over 5 years now, and have NEVER used, or eaten at an establishment that is so awesome that it’s compelled me to sign up for Unilocal and post a review. These guys are that awesome. As someone who also runs a startup, I gotta give them props. Pick up on time, cheap, drop off on time, everything as asked for, done deal. Much needed in NYC.

I can honestly say that this is the best laundry service I have ever used. Ever since I arrived in nyc earlier this year I’ve been experimenting with various laundry delivery services. Prices usually range around $ 1.00 per pound+delivery fee/​tip +extras (low heat, etc)
With Ef Laundry I don’t have to worry about any of this. This is how it works:
A load is $ 15 flat rate to fill one of their standard issue bags (given to you for free). you then fill the bag to the brim (it can hold ~20 pounds) and they come pick it up whenever you schedule, you can then either have the bag delivered same day (sometimes with as little as 4 hour turn around). Or have it delivered the next day.
When your clothes comes, it is beautifully folded and organized. Socks were all stacked with matching socks, sweaters were with sweaters, etc etc.
This has easily been the best laundry service I have ever used. Highly recommended.
