Oakwood Corporate Housing

I cannot even begin to tell you the awful service we have received from this company throughout the last few months that we have unfortunately dealt with them.
If you have a relocation package that you are considering and this is the company that your employer has chosen as the vendor, I would strongly caution you against using them.
We were put in touch with this company by the employer. When moving to a new city, not knowing where to look for apartments etc we chose to let these «experts» help us find the apartment for the temporary housing. They not only did such a poor job communicating before the move (red flag) but when we actually got to the horrible apartment they put us in, they were too busy to pick up the phone and respond to our complaints. Even the managers were awful We kept being passed on from one manager to the next because no one wanted to take responsibility for their poor choice in housing they had made. We were given all kinds of excuses and basically were told they would not move us to a different apartment unless we paid and exorbitant amount of money.
After dealing with different people finally the employer demanded that the account executive call us who was in charge of the account to answer our questions instead of just emailing. Even she was as dumb as an ass. She stopped answering or responding to our calls or email towards the end too. I cannot believe how these people get hired. I will be writing to the better business bureau soon.
