Horrible service! I had confirmed a car from JFK to Connecticut, from my flight arriving from Los Angeles. I arrived at JFK, no car and couldn’t reach anyone. I tried at least 5 times before I could get through to someone. They blamed the weather and that a driver didn’t show… the roads were clear. I was on a 5+ hour flight, and they couldn’t call to notify me? I could have arranged another car service. Their suggestion when I reached them was for me to take a Yellow Cab which I had to do. What should have cost me @ $ 105 cost me over $ 200. I contacted them numerous times in writing to resolve the issue and they never responded. I plan to continue to fight this… horrible business– stay away!

I landed at Laguardia and had a car confirmed with this company. They were a no show and didn’t answer their phone. I called three times and no answer. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
