Car & Airport Limousine service

Wish I could give a negative review — booked a car online and the driver never showed up at the airport, stranding my guest and no one picked up at the phone number on the reservation email. Called upwards of 15 times and emailed three times. Will be protesting the charge with my credit card company and will demand a refund if anyone ever picks up the phone. DO NOT USE!

This car service is a joke. I made a reservation for a car to pick myself and my son up at JFK at 8pm on a Saturday night Dec 2015. The confirmation email instructed me to call upon arrival at airport. The person that answered the phone said he needed to find me a car and would call me back. He did as he said, however he calked to tell me he could not pick me up, he didn’t have a car available. Its 40 degrees, late Saturday night and i have no transportation to my hotel in NYC. Who does business like this? What is the point of a reservation? I had to resort to a cab. Was furious! Please don’t use this car service!!!

This company is a joke. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked. They were over an hour late upon arrival. Upon departure they were a no show, I tried to contact the phone number several times but just went to voice mail. We had to hustle and get a cab to the airport. The same day I received an email saying they would refund my credit card, here I am six weeks later trying to get refunded. The guy at the desk actually told me he could not refund me due to it being a slow day and there were not enough funds in the account to cover it. I told him this was bad business practice and he did not care and said there was not much I could do about it. Now I have to contact my credit card company and try to get funds back that way. They obviously don’t care what type of rating they have, just look at all the negative ratings but hopefully I can stop another paying customer from having to deal with anything like this. Just look at the other reviews and you can see the same things over and over again. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

These guys do not even deserve 1 star. I should have checked Unilocal before reserving a luxury sedan for my staff at JFK. They did not pick up my staff and it has been 3wks now and I still have not received the refund. The dispatch is a rude dumb ass that keeps saying he’s trying to be nice, but really where’s my refund. If I have to call you 5 times and you dont pick up my staff then it’s very hard to be nice to you guys. I will definitely post bad reviews on every website there is and file a complaint with the city so they cannot be in business to scam people.

This company provides excellent service and drivers are prompt. They offer decent cost, professional and friendly drivers. I highly recommend this company

This company (if you can call it that) is a complete joke…
After pre-​paying full RT service from Hartford CT to JFK for international travel, I made the mistake of assuming that it would be a professional service. VERY FAR FROM IT.
On our departure the driver showed up 1 hour late in this beat up crap box of a Camry. The payment was expectation for a Lincoln Town Car or similar… strike one. My pregnant wife (5 months) got in the car and realized there were no seat belts. After 10 minutes of driving the driver asked me if there was a gas station nearby… are you shitting me? To make up for lost time the driver decided to drive over 100 MPH on certain stretched of highway. After being told multiple times to slow down he replied «You won’t make your flight.»
After 12 days in Italy, I had forgotten about the horrible service on the departure but was reminded as soon as we landed. I called and informed customer service we had landed. They seemed surprised and responded «Oh we have been trying to get in contact with you, the driver is not available and we will refund your trip.» Well, that’s nice that you will refund me, but how the hell am I going to get home, 2 hours away, at 9:00 PM on a Monday!?! I had agreed for them to book me another one-​way service that would run me an additional $ 340 above and beyond the original payment. No money has been refunded at this point and will be moving forward with legal action after a couple more days of no reimbursement.
My wife was in tears the remainder of the evening, and truly put an damper on our travel experience.

They picked us up in SUV at AIRPORT in NY
but were a NO SHOW for return from hotel back to airport.
It took 16 days to get refund which finally came via paypal dispute/​resolution

DO NOT USE!!! I I CAN’T GIVE THIS COMPANY A BAD ENOUGH REVIEW!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANDREA… who is apparently THE ONLY person who works there or answers the phone is AN A@#***E! I was going on vacation and needed a ride to and from airport. 20 minutes before they were suppose to pick me up they called and told me their car had broken down and I would have to find my own ride to the airport! Of course at the time Andre said I would be refunded within 24 hrs for that trip which was on May 1, and I still haven’t received my refund for a SERVICE THAT WAN NOT PROVIDED!!! Also, the return trip was no picnic either. There was a lot of confusion and calling back and forth and the driver was at the wrong terminal, etc., and we had to wait over 30 min for our car after an international flight. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Also, no reputable company should charge your credit card BEFORE a service is provided! UUuuggghhhh!!!

Worst car service. Reserved for 4 passengers and they sent a Toyota Corolla. Bags wouldn’t fit so he they it on our laps. Dispatch person was an ass too. The driver tried to argue with me that I wrote down 3 passenger which was totally wrong. I even had the confirmation email and showed him. Don’t use these guys. They are a joke.

Never ever ever use them. Even airlines treat you better.
I had to cancel my prepaid trip of almost $ 300 for a round trip transfer on 8÷29÷2014 because my grandmother passed away. The airline I was using allowed me to transfer my flight with no change fees. I called
and they let me cancel for a full refund — so I thought. I received a cancellation email.
A week later I’d gotten no refund so I followed up. The person on the phone was very rude and told me to be patient. I’d paid via PayPal, so it’s not like it’s that hard to refund. I was patient. I waited THREE MORE WEEKS and followed up on 9÷25÷2014 again and they said they would refund it within 24 hours and send me a confirmation.
I followed up again today, 9÷29÷2014 and they asked me to be patient again. A Month is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund. They are a total scam. I don’t know how good their actual service is so I cannot speak to that. But I can speak to the fact that I go to the NYC area 2 – 3 times a month for work and I will never use this service again. I’ve filed a request for refund via PayPal now (luckily I paid via PayPal), and if it comes to that, I will escalate it to a PayPal claim. I do have email records of the cancellation and everything so there is no way they can dispute this.

Apparently these guys use a lot of different companies with the same number 888−872−5211. I booked through
and its a scam… they have no limos. I should have been clued in when you are supposed to call them when you land and when you have your luggage. Basically, when you call they try and find a ride in the vicinity… any ride. I ordered a Town Car from LaGuardia to Times Square online but what showed up 40+ minutes late was Tom from Martin’s Belle Harbor Car Service in a beat up Dodge minivan. When I called these guys to get a status on my car and later to complain about the service, they basically told me to deal with it… horrible customer service… but again it is a scam so I should have expected it. I cancelled my return trip and am now battling it out with these guys on PayPal.

Setting up Service — online reservation is excellent and easy
Reschedule Service — Poor. I had to reschedule our trip so I called to make a change. They called me the day I was originally scheduled for pickup and I told them I had called to reschedule. They guy found the reservation change and noted. Made me extremely nervous so I called the day before I left and sent an email requesting confirmation just to make sure.
Pickup (JFK) — Per the directions I called the toll free number when we arrived and they informed me the driver would call me back shortly. By the time we reached baggage claim the driver had called and said he would be waiting at curbside for me. As soon as we got our luggage we were to call him and let him know we were on our way outside. We did and he was waiting… Only problem is I reserved a Lincoln Town car since it was a special trip for my wife and when we got to the curb it was a Toyota Camry. No offense to Toyota but I reserved a Lincoln Town car and the website nor the operator said anything about different cars. The car was newer, clean and the driver was nice so we just shrugged it off.
Pickup (Manhattan) — called at 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to make sure they were on time. They had the wrong time so we had to wait for the car to show up. What a joke. We were picked up in a beat-​up old minivan. I was so upset I did not want to speak to the driver, who did not care to speak to us anyway so I told my wife we would call when we got home. The car looked like it had been heavily used and I had to put our own bags in the car. We arrived at the airport and had to take our own bags out. They guy looked at me for a tip and told him the gratuity and fare had already been paid for. He looked at me as to say how about a little extra. I laughed at him and said you got to be kidding me. I turned around and we walked away. My wife was so upset we were picked up in a beat-​up old minivan…
I reserved a Lincoln Towncar and their website said nothing about other vehicles could be picking us up. When I returned I called and asked for the manager. Andre said he could help me and I explained the situation and he said that whatever driver is available would pick us up and it just so happened the minivan was available. I told him this was outrageous and they should share that on their website as it is misleading to customers. He kept asking me but was the car clean, but was the car clean… who cares it was a beat-​up old minivan that looked like it had been driven 200,000 miles. He then said when will you be coming back to New York… really!!!
I just think it is my responsibility to make sure people are aware of this company and know that you can reserve a Lincoln Towncar but you will most likely be picked up in a lemon. They should share this info on their website, but as they do not I am making sure people know about it.
