I was at this location today (the only NY&Co on Lexington) and my goodness what terrible customer service. I was waiting near the dressing room to find no one assist me, and finally when the woman «noticed» (as if I wasn’t standing there) she told me I could use a room with so much nasty attitude. From a consumer perspective so much tasking on a sales floor will obviously lead to little time for customer service. Even then, a dry face or a rude attitude is never acceptable. This store being in a high volume location I honestly would have expected better. Truly disappointed.

I came here due to connivence & had worst experience ever. There were plenty of people supposedly working but doing much of nothing, not one person asked if I needed help. It sucks that they put the tall pants all the way at the bottom so you have to bend all the way over trying to find your size as you inconvenience other patrons trying to walk by. This store required to much work for me to find a item & make a purchase. I understand it is the holiday season but would have understood even more if the store was crowded. The staff had to much going on & it had nothing to do with the customers. If you have the option try another store.
