Natalie did a truly amazing job in assisting me in finding the perfect engagement ring for my (now) fiancé’, I would recommend her to everybody and couldn’t be more satisfied.
I had no idea of where to start and what to look for. I had been looking around in shops and online, and I couldn’t find anything interesting enough. When I called her at the phone the first time, she managed to get a very good idea of what I was looking for after a few vague descriptions of my ideas. I was looking for something nice and standard, at the same time modern with an original clean design, in a reasonable budget. She proposed very interesting pieces from designers from all over the world. She sent me images and links. In less than 3 days, she managed to get in the shop samples (and some originals) of pieces I liked. She gave so much information and details in jewelry that I consider myself an expert now, settings, materials, stones, even presentation, maintenance and insurance.
In less than a week, I found the ring I wanted which is just unique, incredibly beautiful and in a reasonable price. I was in a rush, because I wanted to propose on the anniversary, so she gave me a sample with real setting to be used for the proposal, and 2 weeks later I had the original ring ready for the swap, this was really amazing. My fiancé (and everyone she knows) just love the ring. It was a great success and on top of that she asked for a very reasonable price cheaper than the price asked by the designer of the ring because of her good relationship with these designers.
