Classic Diamond House

My fiancée and I bought a beautiful princess cut diamond ring online from here. We were a bit worried about what it would look like considering we hadn’t seen the final product in person. However, when it was delivered, the beauty of it blew our minds away. It looks so much better than the ones we saw physically at stores. We are also getting a lot of compliments on it. We communicated with someone named Albert regarding the shipping and we got it on time as promised. Now, it’s just a little too loose and will need to be re-​sized, but I guess that’s the risk you take for buying online without trying it on first. If they have matching bands, we will probably get our wedding bands from here as well.

I already bought 2 items from this company. I found classic from ebay while browsing for a diamond stud ring for my wife. He has good items but I’m worried about buying from ebay sight unseen. So when I got a chance to go to NY I went around the diamond district looking for that ring, got some prices but did not get a good customer service or items from the stores in the area. Running out of options, I called the number I found on eBay and was able to make an appointment with Albert. Albert showed me different options inside a secured vault (he shows you loose diamonds then set it on a ring). I found 2 items that I thought my wife would like, I asked him to set the first choice for me and I picked it up later that afternoon. I was lucky because my flight was early in the morning the next day. Got home and gave it to my wife but she was not impressed with the brilliance. I quickly called Albert and asked him if I can replace it with my second choice item, which is actually cheaper :). He agreed and the next day he sent me the item while I send him back the first ring that I bought. Second item received, wife got it, she was ecstatic. I was in the good side for many years :). A few years after I called Albert again as I saw my wife in a hunt for a diamond earrings. Albert told me that he has items that he thinks my wife will like as he already knows our criteria. I paid for it over the phone and next day I received the item. We liked it so much even thought it was the first time we’ve seen it.
Long story short, ALbert is a standup guy that is trustworthy and has passion with his business. Will definitely go back again and get some other items from him. I made a mistake of buying another item from another company in Los Angeles and I said will not do it again. Will definitely call him first. Highly recommended!

He was able to work with my budget and meet all needs while exceeding my expectations ! no need to worry diamonds are certified and my future wife could not be more ecstatic.
