Network is so slow it’s useless — which is bad in a hotel, but absolutely appalling considering this is an IT training center. I’m writing this review using my T-Mobile hotspot because the LAN and WLAN is awful! Food is poor — the morning breakfast consists of cold croissants, hard bagels and some other breakfast bars. Lunch today was dry chicken and a bit of salad and bread, with no dessert. I don’t expect 2 Michelin star-quality food, but a decent burger and wraps as advertised by ElasticSearch would have been nice! 2 stars as the staff are polite and the location is excellent. Rooms aren’t too bad.

I’m being generous with 3 stars. The WiFi network is slow — it was practically useless and I gave up on it. One if the instructors said that was normal for this facility. The facilities are dated looking inside. The keyboard at my desk looked like the previous user shaved over it — it was full of hair. The bathroom was not well cared for and by the 2PM break it was a mess and had no paper towels. I will avoid using this facility for training in the future. It’s a shame because I have had good experiences at other Microtek facilities. The only good things to report are they are well stocked on snacks/drinks and the receptionist was very helpful.

Network slow. That’s always the case with the training classes . It’s free so I can’t complain much. Global Knowledge is worse than this & my classes have cost as much as $ 500 a day . Class itself it’s awesome.
