The office itself is acceptable but bear in mind that their billing system is crap. They held my security deposit after I moved out for two months and only sent me back after I asked again and again. And they take ‘dilapidation fee’ off you deposit for no reason, no explanation either. There are many more developed co-​work sharing spaces available. I would never come back there again.

I needed conference space for a series of larger projects I worked on. My sister works in that area and told me about Jay Suites Financial. I must say that the receptionist and manager were warm, helpful and patient with me… very professional. I had a wide choice of rooms to suit my needs and the spaces were clean, impressive, and affordable. The location is convenient by subway and cab. Overall, the service was great and I would definitely recommend them.

This serviced office suite offers a great deal. A turnkey office solution at a price that’s hard to find in the center of the Wall Street area, plus an all inclusive package that includes the basic amenities such as furniture, internet and phones with the office space.
They rent office space, meeting rooms and even offices by the hour. It’s hard to believe you can get a private office, in a luxury suite with full time staff in a classic building next to the New York Stock Exchange for the price they offer at Jay Suites Fidi. but it’s not too good to be true, it’s true!
