Thee worst food ever. It tastes like licking an ashtray in morocco clean. They are so rude. Place dirty. Food bland. And yes– they serve old food-be wary of the gyro just like the ides of march. This place is ridiculously horrible like going to hell after you’ve lived your life as a saint. No one deserves food this bad especially when you pay for it. Stay away.

Seems a little bit overpriced for what it is. Food was bad but wasn’t particularly tasty either. I mean come on, there are a million of these kinds of places in the city so I just don’t see that point in spending 13 bucks on Turkish fast food unless it’s something really special. Also the employees didn’t really seem to totally know what they were doing. There was a lot of confusion over prices and they forget to give my friend her food once they rang her up.

fell in love with turkish food once, still stop dead in my tracks when passing a spot. A turkish bodega man clued me into this grill a few years ago, and he was right it’s buffet style, the lentil soup is right, and the guys are so goddamn nice and gentle. Guess what, it can be vegetarian too — reasonable, anonymous type atmosphere without being unhappy — to each his own is my favorite ambience on the planet.

Food is authentic Turkish Mediterranean deliciousness. We went at 2:30pm on a Saturday and the buffet was fresh. The buffet option is divided by hot and cold and you can mix and match. $ 7.99 a pound and my full plate was $ 9 and change. There’s a seating area in the back decorated like Turkish tea room. Great cheap eat option! I’d be interested to check this place out at night. It looks like it turns into a hookah bar/lounge.

Actually heard from the delivery guy that the owner doesn’t distribute the tips but keeps for himself. Please pay the tips cash or your delivery tips going in to the big fat guy’s pocket not the man with a bike.

I had a nice experience here with the low blueish lighting, generous pour on the wine, and delicious baklava with chocolate drizzled on top. I can’t give this place more stars due to the waitress being a bit impatient with the ordering process. I also didn’t pick a very good hookah flavor. I am a fan though and think this place is a good bet if you are in the area.

Came here last night because I wanted a hookah. Service was quick and the waitress was friendly and came over often. The place was empty so I guess that’s why she was so concerned with us. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. She even turned off the A.C. for me because I felt cold. The décor was very Turkish, one of my favorite cultures. I loved the lighting and the colors and especially the music. All that was missing was a belly dancer. For me it didnt matter that it was almost empty, what was important was the environment, the service and the food. The only thing we ordered was a strawberry hookah, which was very good, and a baklava. The baklava had to have been one of the best I’ve ever tasted. It was sooo good. Drizzled with chocolate, omg. Delicious. I’ll go back just for the baklava. My sparkling wine was practically filled to the brim. They were very generous. I enjoyed myself and foget the haters.

Was an OK experience. The staff could be quicker though it doesnt help that they had 1 person waiting on 5 tables that night. She did apologize for being slow that day. It took her pretty much 45 minutes to get us the sheesha and drinks for the group. Though they did have some nice live music and belly dancing over the weekend.

A-ok! Just a place to grab quick dinner in the neighborhood full of bars. We got the falafels, hummus and pita. They were just average. However, the other meat options looked good.

This place is quite unique… A very intimate lounge with great music and the icing on the cake is the apple hookah! My girlfriends had turkish coffee and they said it was so good. haven’t had the food yet but I’m looking forward to it! We loved, the music, the wine and the coffee. Our very nice waitress said that there is a morocan dancer on friday nights so we are looking forward to going back.

I ordered the lamb pita at like three o’lock in the morning after several drinks at local bars, so I am not sure if the food was just that great or if it was the alcohol talking. However I will use this place again for the same type of bar hopping night on the town.
