Don’t bother. Worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Took 15 minutes to get a burger, which had stale bread and lukewarm patties, and sparse toppings.

The ATM at this location is dangerous. What do I mean by that? Well, imagine me there at 6:30 pm, dinner rush in East Harlwm basically, withdrawing $ 200 because McDonald’s ATMs have the lowest transaction fees around. Suddenly money, my money, is flying through the air! This machine spits out money like a cartoon! I’m swaring, on the ground grasping at my flying 20s. Parents are covering their children’s ears. Honestly, I’m suprised all hell didn’t break loose. Don’t use this ATM!

Last time I came here, the manager was so nice and because we waited so long she gave us free food. This time around, I ordered my food and an apple pie but there weren’t any apple pies and it was gonna take 12 minutes and I had to be on my way so I couldn’t wait that long. The cashier tried to give me another hash brown or a strawberry cream pie but I didn’t budge. It took a lot to get me to actually go to McDonald’s and when you want an apple pie, you want an apple pie. After I told her I wanted something else she turned into a sulky teenager and reluctantly have me my money. She didn’t want to go through the register so she gave me my refund out of her own pocket. It’s hit or miss here but the other dude who came in for TWO apple pies totally understood.

One of the worst McDonalds restaurants, next to the hood mecca; the location on 125th& Lex. They overcharge for the McChicken sandwich which has always been $ 1. How the hell is this possible? It’s insanely, mind-bogglingly, profusely overcrowded, as if this is the oooonly McDonalds in Spanish Harlem. The walk-up window of which is open late-night, is a fuckin disaster. They leave you waiting so long to get your food, that you blow a fuse. I don’t recommend the window on late winter nights. You’re asking for a nightmare to happen. The two best McDonalds locations, are the one on 109th and 3rd, & the one on 103rd&3rd.

If you like to experience what a GHETTO feels like, just walk in during lunch hour and you’ll experience it 100,000% in this particular McDonalds. From big-bootied hoochie mamas to LOUD and GHETTO Dominican mamitas waving coupons for Get 1 Get One Free to the cashiers, cutting in front of the line, speaking in HORRIBLE broken Spanish, taking an ENTIRE hour to go through their purse to find coins to pay for a $ 10 meal while at the same time taking their time to chat and trade kisses on the cheeks with another Hispanic lady in line right next to them despite the fact that there’s a huge ass line behind her BIG&UGLY ass and everyone waiting behind her, welcome to the GHETTO. One question, why is it that McDonalds outside the USA are so well-maintained, clean, kid and family friendly while the ones in the US are for ghettos, homeless people, drug dealers, hoochie mamas, and welfare queens on crack? That’s a mystery that’ll never get solved during my lifetime.

Normally I can’t stand to come into a McDonald’s during breakfast hours unless it’s McGriddle season. And even then I try to hurry in and out as fast as humanly possible. The amount of disgruntled breakfast patrons is purely ridiculous. Go to the deli if you want to get specific about each individual ingredient on your sandwich! And while you’re at it, visit a coffeehouse if you want your drinks to be made to your particular and overly demanding tastes! Please stop trying to lure employees into a shouting match with you. But on the flip side, employees need to develop some competency at handling what are seemingly simple tasks.

Bad for you. Staff sucks and messed up my order on a chicken wrap when it clearly said ranch on my reciept and on the order menu. People are shady. The only reason why i am giving it 2 stars is because they deliver to businesses in the local area as they delivered to my Costco on 117th.

This is the worst McDonald I ever been to. Staffs there are the worst, bad, rude attitude, often chatting and hang out with friends.

Oh man, this place is a goddamn nightmare. I don’t eat the Golden Arches very often, but I get their iced coffees every once in a while, because in the McDonalds way, they’re loaded with sugar and artificial flavor and absolutely delicious. I also sometimes treat myself when they have the 2/$ 3 Filet ‘O Fish. The buns are so squishy and good! Anyway, this might be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. There isn’t really a line to stand on, just a bunch of people standing in a crowd at the counter. Nobody moves out of the way after their order is taken, so the«line» takes forever. The employees here are slow. They obviously just don’t care at all, but I can’t really blame them, I can’t imagine I’d be very enthusiastic about working here either. When you eventually get your food(usually no less than 20 minutes after you walked in the door) the food is totally standard, which is good, because there really isn’t too much further down to go. Maybe next time I’ll try the walk up window.

For me, this McDonald’s really highlights everything I hate about the company in general. So far, I’ve been here twice; one was directly after a late night of work, when I was in the area at about 8:00 PMish and really just wanted to grab a quick salad that wasn’t from the Subway or Wendy’s standbys that I’ve come to relay on near my closest train stop. After waiting in line for, let’s just say way too long, I was told they didn’t have salads. No one was too apologetic. They certainly don’t have to be; but that would have been nice. I just got a burger and fries instead… and that took over 35 minutes. Seriously, I timed them. I ended up leaving without the friest because I just really wanted to get home. I couldn’t stand that place anymore. My second, and hopefully last, time there was this afternoon. My roommate wanted to grab a quick lunch before her weekend football game, so I accompanied her. I told her about my bad experience, but it really didn’t sway her. She really wanted a Big Mac. I got that 3 piece chicken thing on the value menu, because it’s the only thing there that doesn’t make me feel sick. When I didn’t ‘large’ my combo, the cashier, who was happy up until that point, became visibly upset. I don’t know what they are teaching those kids about up selling, but she needed to calm down. I got iced coffee… and the only nice thing I have to say about this place is damn, that was some good coffee for McDonald’s. As I’m writing this, I’m feeling sick from eating there. So here’s my suggestion; don’t. It’s gross, and no one cares if you’re meal is happy or not.
