Very very good. Nice affordable prices too. I use to order their eggplant parm. at least once a week when I lived in Harlem. Pizza might not be as good as Pattie’s but Pattie’s makes you trudge through the wind and rain to pick up, Armonie delivers!

Best pizza in the area. And they have a great staff. You can tell they love what they do. every time I order a pie it’s great. They’ve catered a couple of my parties and the food is always success.

Took over 2 hours to deliver on 2 separate occasions. Such a shame, as I did enjoy their dishes. But there is something to be said about reliability, or in this case, lack there of.

This is a mom and pop restaurant that I’ve been meaning to try for some time. I have to say that I was completely underwhelmed by the whole experience. I usually like to go to mom and pop restaurants because of the friendly owners that make the experience cozy and personal. I dont know if the people that I interacted with today were the owners but I can only describe them as cold and off-​putting. I wanted to sample several things off the menu so I placed a to-​go order for the pasta, pizza, salad and dessert. I asked several questions about the menu and was less than impressed by the unhelpful answers I received from the man and woman behind the counter.
After placing the order, I noticed on the front of the menu there was an advertisement for 20% off pick up orders. When I mentioned this to the woman who took my order, she said that it was only for phone call orders. What’s the difference if I place the order in person or over the phone as long as it is a pick up order? The advertisement specifically states «not valid for online orders» but does not mention that the order must be placed over the phone. When I mention this, the woman had no answer other than «that’s our policy.»
One thing I hate to feel is that an establishment is trying to pull a fast one on me. Don’t make an advertisement if it is not accurate. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have just left and told them to forget about the order but I didn’t want to cause an even bigger scene since they already made the food. This is my last time ordering from this establishment. They definitely need a lesson on customer service.
In regard to their food, their margherita pizza was overall bland. The baked ziti was nothing to write about. The caesar salad did not have fresh green romaine. The tiramisu was pretty mediocre as well. What a waste of $ 30. Overall, food tasted as bad as the service.

I live blocks away from Armonie and I used to enjoy eating in the restaurant or taking my food to go. Last Thursday I had a long shift at work so I ordered delivery from them and upon opening my pizza I realized it was missing the chicken topping. My pizza was ordered late (around 9pm) so it arrived late into the evening and the shop was closed by the time I realized I had the wrong pizza. The following day was a Friday, I work long hours and had no time to call. When I called my ‘friendly neighborhood pizzeria’ to complain on that Saturday I was told I should not of eaten the pizza on that Thursday night and I should of returned it on that Friday to get a refund. Customer service is about being reasonable and that was not within reason. The least they could of done when I called was apologize for the missing toppings rather than telling me I shouldn’t have had a meal that night.

We called our order through to the restaurant direct. I ordered a large Chicken & Broccoli deep dish pizza and my wife ordered the Veggie stuffed specialty pie. The pizzas were delivered within the promised time frame and the driver was friendly and courteous. Being from Australia we’re still getting used to the portion sizes over here… All I can say is WOW! The pizzas are massive! Every element was perfect and the deep dish crust was to die for. Truly delicious.

Soooo… I host these cultural events for my office and a co-​worker recommended this Italian place that she frequents called «Armonie».
It’s important for me to introduce variety at these events, so I normally rotate or alternate a number of caterers so that the staff doesn’t get bored; but since I learned about Armonie 3 months ago, we’ve used them EVERY TIME SINCE!
The selection is VAST, the prices reasonable, the food is so very, very, yummy, the owners are fantastic, and the service is reliable.
& to add to all that other greatness, they even SPECIAL ORDER DISHES that are not listed on the menu!
Why go elsewhere?

This is a great spot. They serve deep-​dish pizza — as well as thin-​curst — which is not easy to find in the City. They have speciality pizzas, like lasagna and chicken alfredo, that are fantastic.
The couple that owns the business is extremely friendly as is every waitress I’ve encountered.
Just be aware that it can sometimes take awhile before the food comes out of the kitchen, especially if they have a lot of delivery orders. In that case, just order a few beers or glasses of whine and watch the people pass on Park Avenue.
I am so happy to have this restaurant in my neighborhood.

There’s a ton of places to get pizza delivery but THIS is my place!!! Family owned and run everyone is amazing at service. I call in my order and pick it up if I want something specific. Like a traditional Italian family they’ll make it to your liking. The pizza, lasagna and the Stromboli are the real deal. Enjoy.

I am a fan. The owners and workers are very nice. So far ive had their stuffed shells and fettucine alfredo and they’ve both been divine. When i crave fettucine i immediately want to order with them. Their prices are relatively low. All around good place. One thing thats weird is that they dont have ice. A gal like myself who needs extra ice in her drinks, this doesnt work out to well. I probably will just do delivery or pick up just on that factor alone. Glad this place is in the neighborhood.

This place sucks with taking delivery orders. The girl who answers the phone sounds really nice on the phone but she a Ding Bat.. My delivery took over an hour to arrive and I am only ten blocks away.
She got one of the dishes wrong and when I called she insisted that she didn’t hear what I said. The manager got on the phone and said «I can send you the meat that is missing in your dish but it would take a long time.» So that means I had to wait another hour making it 2 hours for my dinner and then the meal would practically be frozen. The best is they only put 3 small pieces of bread for two dishes… THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE

Ordered at 8:07 pm… didn’t receive food until 10:06 pm. Called twice — first time (90 minutes after we ordered) was told food was «on its way»; second time we called was at 10 pm and we were told they didn’t know where the delivery guy was. Food arrived 6 mins later as we were looking at other menus.
UPDATE: So… we had a bad experience but we just got a call from the manager who was very apologetic. So that’s definitely a plus — good customer service — and a reason to give them another chance. After all the food is good…
We’ll see what happens the next time!

Ordered through Grubhub @ 9.15pm on a Saturday night and prepaid for meal.
Order was received and confirmed with the restaurant for a 10.05 — 10.15pm delivery Window.
Food never arrived, no phone call was made to let me know it would be late or not coming. Tried calling restaurant numerous times, seems they closed.
Hours on Unilocal do not reflect the true hours of restaurant obviously.
Had to order from another restaurant and ended up eating at midnight, was extremely pissed by this stage. Never again…

Ordered take out from Armonie using the Eat24 when visiting my friend in East Harlem the other day.
I originally ordered rigatoni with meat sauce and an order of mozzarella sticks. About 5 minutes after ordering they called and told me they were out of meat sauce and asked what I wanted to substitute it for. I had read on here that they had really good vodka sauce so I figured I’d give it a try.
I picked up my food about 20 minutes later and it was delicious. However, not only did I not get the meat sauce I wanted, they gave me penne. Again, I’m not too picky, and it was still delicious, but, why ask me what kind of noodle if I’m just going to get a different one.
Either way I really enjoyed it. The marinara that came with the mozz sticks was delicious. Really want to try the meat sauce next time though.

Just look at my pictures! Their food makes you happy and warm on the inside I sat inside and ordered the gluten free pizza before work, are the whole thing and yea never made it to work! To happy and full so came home lol shhhhhh it’s a good hide away spot that needs to be made super public!

I recently came home with a menu under my door and usually their home becomes the trash, but I’m a huge fan of Italian and honestly had no idea this place existed. So I decided that by the end of the week I would give it a try. As a result my taste buds and tummy are very happy. I decided to walk over since it’s close by and check out the location. It’s ¾ sit down ¼ bar. I really had a craving for a calzone and overall the price was pretty inexpensive so I added in a side of their homemade meatballs. The flavor and portions were spot on and I’ll definitely get more… Maybe even tomorrow.
Freshness is key for me so usually I order food that needs to be prepared to order. They have pizza by the slice it looked like but the price is right so just go in on a whole pie… Nothing wrong with some left overs.

My fiancé and I have been living in East Harlem for about a year, but didn’t discover Armonie until recently, and boy, are we glad we finally found it!
The outside isn’t anything to look at, and the décor is pretty sparse, but they more than make up for it with the food. We’ve visited twice now, and had a good selection of their food. On the first visit, we had pizza, half with arugula and half plain. The crust was perfect — crispy on the bottom, chewy in the middle, and just the right amount of cheese.
The second time we visited, we had a lasagna and a vegetable stromboli. Both dishes were lick-​the-​plate delicious, and the stromboli was big enough to feed three people (for only $ 8 or so). The lasagna was AWESOME. The ricotta was spiced nicely, the meat was cooked well, and it wasn’t swimming in sauce or grease.
What really sets this place apart is the sauce. It’s so freakin delicious — dip your bread in it, or honestly just eat it with a spoon.
During both visits, our service was wonderful. The waitresses were both incredibly friendly and accommodating.
This is a great neighborhood joint — we will definitely become regulars there!
