This store will activate your phone but other than that DON’T go. I signed up with SIMPLE PLAN on my iPhone. The store doesn’t have a REAL phone number; the number on the receipt is some answering machine that doesn’t even have a message OTHER than ‘Leave a message”!!!
SIMPLE Plans customer service SUCKS!
Told me that my account was activated but the store used ANOTHER zip code to activate my phone other than the store zip code (which they are suppose to use) and they CAN’T GIVE IT TO ME for security reason!!!
Am LIVID!!!
