McDonald’s

I wish I cloud give them 0 stars!!! This place is always dirty and full of senior citizens. There are flies. The tables are dirty and they don’t have enough staff to clean them. This place needs an emergency makeover. Most of the time I prefer to eat the food cold when I get home than to seat there and eat.

This place is a complete disaster. The mcflury machine has been damage for years! The place is unorganized and a Giant mess.

Messed up a very simple order! I ordered medium mocha and 2 mcchickens. Guess what I got? Nothing! I waited and waited … Then I finally got a chance to talk to their manager. First they only gave me small mocha. Wait what? Yes, small mocha. I told them it’s small and I ordered medium. Ok, they started making medium mocha. But where is my 2xMcChicken? I have to tell them like little kids to give me this and that because they simply press buttons and ignore orders. Cashier messed up my first order and i checked my receipt and found only mocha, then I asked him about mcChickens. You can see their manager working harder than anyone else (looking like a big hen in their kitchen) and everyone behind the counter is flying like chickens without heads, multitasking and messing up every customer orders. Took me over 10 mins to get what I ordered. Wasn’t really crowded (probably 3 – 5 people were waiting for their orders as well). Other people make many remarks about missing items and not having a cup for soda or fries.
The place is big, full of homeless and not so pleasant people so watch where you sit because someone might just threw up on a sit. I won’t be surprised why. This food makes me ill and was tasteless, poorly made with a chicken piece not being inside of the bread. Next time it happens to me this mcchicken will fly in the managers face.

Worst McDonald’s in US by far. Very dirty/​dingy and my order has been wrong every time. They always ensure that my fries are ice cold and I have to wait 20 – 25 minutes. I am amazed that they are still open or that someone from corporate hasn’t come in and closed the place down. Disgrace! Whoever manages this place must be completely nuts.

The worst McDonald’s in America. Rude, dirty, nasty, soda always flat, full of homeless, broken tables and chairs. I know it’s just fast food but I though McDonald’s had standards.

Horrible service and food was sloppy. Will never go here again. Gross overall.

There are no bathrooms and I think that violates New York State law on the occupancy level and it being a restaurant? How is this place sanitary when your customers ALL have dirty hands from touching the doors, trays, and tables? This is not a small McDonald’s either

Let me preface this by saying I rarely enter McDonald’s but I was really hungry this morning and I wanted a breakfast sandwich!
This place is a real eyesore! Therefore I’m so disappointed in myself for staying the course to order from this establishment. But nonetheless, I did… Between the addicts and the mentally ill people that hang out here, it really makes it hard to wait around for your order. Ooh and the wait is painstakingly long! I couldn’t understand why especially since it’s just breakfast food, then after I ordered I saw why…
There must be a serious disconnect between the information inputted in the computer and what one sees on the screen. I ordered an egg whites and cheese on a biscuit with an iced latte with skim milk.
What I received… A hot coffee with a whole eggs and cheese on a biscuit. I had to have them correct my order twice, then I have to beg for condiments. REALLY!!! Total time invested at this establishment for two items, 19 minutes.
The worst part was the fact that the coffee is GROSS and had a powdery taste.
As I’m leaving, one of the local addicts becomes sick and has to vomit, OH WAIT… There’s no bathroom, but she was able to make it to the garbage can outside.

One of the worst McDonald’s ever. The staff there are always joking around, and don’t treat customers with respect. They have attitudes, and if you decide you want to make some changes in your order, they will tell you they can’t because it’s processed so they won’t have to redo it again. You can’t tell who’s the manager there at all, and when ever the staff are yelling cursed words no one is there to say anything to them. They act like wild animals sometimes. They always look like they’re working there for free, since they always seem mad when helping out customers. I rather walk all the way down to the McDonald’s in 170^th St, at least they got better service there. Oh, and also be careful, they call this McDonald’s, «CrackDonald’s because the junkies from around the rehab, and the old people go there and sit next to the entrance and take all the space for the whole day, and no one, not the owner or manager does anything about it. Meanwhile people who spend actual money can’t sit somewhere nice.

Roy’s Top 5 Things to Know:
1. Service is slow, and even slower late night.
2. They often run out of items on the menu such as ice cream/​McFlurrys, they’re notorious for that.
3. No easily accessible restroom.
4. No drive thru but a walk up window.
5. Probably one of the oldest stores still open in Washington Heights. That place has been there forever.

No restrooms for customer, staff take too long to wipe the tables clean. No good!
Like most McDonald making the line to place an order is a nightmare, very disorganized and «all over the place» I hope I don’t have to go back to this place again. You would also find you topical customers that just hang on tables and don’t even order any food.

The air is stale & stuffy… place been renovated a few times,
The men who hang out all day sitting in the front sections do nothing but loiter, taking up space for paying customers who do buy food & need to sit down & eat. It’s very disturbing & annoying.

I used to like to come to this restaurant, but the food here was always extra salty even by McDonalds standards. I always wondered why that was until the other day when I visited, (during the heat wave), not only was the restaurant blazing hot, but the workers were sweating into the french fries. I couldn’t see what was happening in the kitchen, but my stomach totally turned. As I was walking out one of the employees fell face first on the floor. I think she might have passed out. Either way you can bet I now know why my food was always extra salty there, and I will not visit that store again.

I don’t have any problems with here with the service the food is good and the staff is quick with your orders and keep the line moving…

By far the dirtiest and probably overall worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever patronized — and that is honestly saying a real lot, since I don’t stray away from ghetto fast-​food establishments. I only went here since I was biking in 95 degree heat and I needed something to drink badly. I am giving it a 1 since I saw, first, a man washing his hands in the drink machine for an extended time with no staff acknowledgment, getting the garbage-​strewn drink and condiment counter wet and even dirtier than it was. Secondly, the line was probably the slowest I’ve ever been on, with entirely apathetic employees taking their damn time (though how can I blame them for not being enthusiastic about working all day for minimum wage in a disgusting restaurant?). Last but definitely not least, as I was paying for my drink, a roach ran across the counter inches from my hands and hid under one of the cashiers’ display. Not surprisingly, all the employees did was laugh. DISGUSTING!
