Don’t usually like to do reviews on fast food because it’s a crap shoot and most people don’t care anyway. But, in this case I’ll make a McSeption. I visited here for a quick breakfast. I was on the run and in the mood so why not. When I approached the counter I found about 4⁄5 construction guys scattered around and was not sure if they ordered, were waiting on food or what. So I walked through and stood at the counter. And I stood, and I stood. Systematically each construction guy was given their order by number and I stood(along with four others now) for about 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement or quick«be with you in a minute». And the three girls behind the counter walked around gathering previous orders with no real hurry or concern. It was ridiculous at this point but sometimes, once you’ve started something you have to see it through. Finally, after 71⁄12 minutes and probably due to the Spanish guy behind me throwing comments at the girls, I was approached by the unhappy, miserable looking cashier. She took my order like a broken robot and handed me my receipt and told me my number«332» and I slid into the back and watched and waited. 8 minutes in and counting. I could have had a root canal done by now. And it would have been less painful. I was finally slid my bag and coffee and sent packing. Total time of this miserable experience? Almost 15 minutes. Ok. Now if I ordered the Filet Mignon and lobster bisque this would have been expected. But it was a reheated breakfast sandwich with a ready made hash brown and machine dispensed coffee. The sandwich was below par and dry and the coffee weak. So 15 minutes wait time for a sandwich that was almost as miserable as the staff is not acceptable at all. Consider retraining morning crews here on demeanor and courtesy or put them out at the curb. Right next to my breakfast.

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes the staff actually cares enough to make food quickly and sometimes they could not care less. Also, the crowd can get weird in here but I can’t really blame McDonalds for that lol. Long as there’s not too many people waiting for food already inside you have a good shot at getting decent service. It’s mcdonalds, whatever I’ll be back anyways.

Horrible line in the morning when you need to get your coffee. They always seem understaffed, and you could see the dramas between the employees every time you visit. They really need to quit having cat fights and make my coffee faster!

My go-to spot for morning coffee when I don’t want to be bothered by the lines at the«other» coffee shops. I mean who can beat $ 1 coffee any size? On top of that the staff is always nice and cheerful. It only took me going there 2 – 3 times for them to remember my exact order on my coffee like I was a regular. That’s what I call customer service. The lines go steady during lunch time and you’re never waiting too long. The place is very clean and a great option for cheaper lunch deals than other places in fidi. The only downside to this location is that it doesn’t always have the specials that other Mcdonalds are doing. Either way, great no frills cheap coffee is always a plus.

A very clean location, served us breakfast one Sunday in NY in proximity to the memorial site. We will be back. Pancakes were cooked to perfection. Line was kind of long with tourists but moved quickly enough. The other recent review, concerning an external issue not relevant to the property, has been flagged and will be removed shortly.
