The quality of their goods is great, but their turnaround time has gotten pretty terrible. In late December, I ordered a suit and 2 shirts. I was told they would hopefully be delivered by February, but March at the latest. March comes along, and they have to email me to ask for my address. That’s a bit weird — I gave it to them when I ordered, and it’s the same address they’ve delivered to before. Whatever. The package arrives, and it’s just the shirts — not the suit. I ask what’s up. 2 days later, they say everything was sent at the same time, and I should just wait. I email again a few days later… no response. I email again… they say they’ll check. But no follow up — so I email yet again. Oh, they found it, they just never shipped it. Whoops. Even then, it took 2 more followup emails and 3 more business days before they even handed it to UPS.

My fiancée and I flew from California to NYC to get select and get my wedding tuxedo sized in person rather than via the website(and to have a 3-day weekend in nyc). Alexandra was amazing in helping us select the tux options. And we ended up getting 5 custom dress shirts for $ 420. I’m 6’10″ and have had custom clothes made before. But this was nice because I always felt she had our best interests at heart. At no time was there an attempt to upsell us and the only surprises were positive ones. I can’t speak to the clothes as they won’t arrive for 4 – 6 weeks but the process so far has been amazing.

I found Martin de Tours through Kick Starter and purchased clothing through the Kick Starter campaign. I was assigned the world’s greatest personal valet; Alexandra Redelico! She helped with fabric selection; color choices; and sizing. She was very helpful and I enjoyed the whole process. I have since purchased additional items after the Kick Starter campaign ended; and I plan to be a long-term customer. Highly recommended to men who want to look sharp and fashionable!!!
