I usually stop in for breakfast or lunch and it’s consistently good. Love the pancakes, salmon dishes and for lunch I go for the crispy chicken or bbq chicken sandwich. Simple, great portion size and tasty.

A very cute and intimate place. Pretty pricey because of the location but the portions are decent. At first, the name was confusing because they didn’t have their store name on the awning as it was an old building and instead, they had«made fresh daily» on the window. I thought that this was describing their food and took me a while to catch on. The interior décor was cute and fresh. My friend and I ordered the curried tuna sandwich which we split. The portions are enough so that you could split a sandwich and still be full/the pickles were a nice addition to the meal. The curried tuna was a bit too sweet but I liked how they added the apples inside and overall it was tasty. One thing that made me a bit uncomfortable– because I paid my friend back for half of the sandwich, they staff did not seem happy about that. They did not offer extra plates and kept asking me if I was ready to order. I felt bad so I got the ripe mango and blood orange MASH sparkling drink($ 3.00) which was ok but pricey.

Super cute place with fresh food made with quality ingredients. Based on those items alone, I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, every time I come here, I am underwhelmed. There is an air of pretension in this place from both the staff and fellow diners that is unmatched in the district. If you plan on eating in, know that this is not a grab-n-go kind of place. When you come here, bring a book(or they have magazines), because you will have a leisurely lunch. They make everything from scratch, so it can take a long time(last week 30 min for salad) to get your food. That said, I still end up coming here a few times a month, because it is convenient and consistent. Their soups, smoothies and unsweetened citrus ice tea are some of my favorite menu items.

I wouldn’t actually know if the food here is good. I made a reservation for Sunday brunch. I showed up on time(2 minutes early) and the man working the cash register — the only person it seemed that works in this place — told me the restaurant was full. I explained that’s why I had a reservation. His reply was he knows nothing about reservations. So, I wouldn’t know if the food was good, but I do know not to expect them to honor a reservation that was made on opentable through this restaurant’s own website. I don’t think I missed out on anything though — the restaurant was full, but no one had any food and everyone looked annoyed. I will pass on trying this place again.

Really Fresh, creative breakfast dishes. The veggie scramble with avocado, corn, feta and broccoli was perfectly moist… served with nutty whole grain bread, chive butter and fresh fruit. We ate here several times and enjoyed the casual, colorful setting, sound track and down-to-earth personnel. During the week, it is a place where you can linger and soak in the old seaport… and later walk down the street to a TKTS booth instead of waiting in a long line in Times Square.

Great breakfast, the salmon sandwich is amazing! Also tried scrambled eggs with salmon and the frittata of the day, both really good.

Food is good enough. Service is bad and and slow. Seems as if they are making it up as they go along. Either be a thrift store or a breakfast/bagel place. Pick one.

Happened upon this beauty while in town for work. The décor is simple and cute and fun and playful and bright. They have everything from smoothies to egg dishes to pastries. Everything is fresh and made perfectly. I had the egg scramble which was eggs, asparagus, avocado, broccoli and more. Fresh fruit and toast were accompaniments. So, so good. The OJ was also fresh squeezed and delicious. The only downside was the price. It’s a bit expensive but worth it. My eggs and juice came to $ 24(after tax/tip). Overall a great place that I would come back to.

Tasty casual breakfast/lunch spot in the Seaport. Service is counter style and everything comes out nice and quick. Everything I’ve had is good, but I want to specifically recommend the chicken noodle soup. Hearty but still fresh and light. Pair that with a half curry tuna salad sandwich and you’ve got yourself an awesome lunch.

a cute place for breakfast! It’s steps away from the TKTS South Street Seaport location. Just like their name, everything seems to be freshly made. I especially enjoyed the biscuit– it was so warm and soft! And their fresh fruit cup was fresh indeed! And delicious! It was a perfect spot to enjoy our last morning in the city. :)

I ate here last week on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. The café itself is an absolutely gorgeous space with plenty of colour and light. I ordered an Americano and the BLT. Both were delicious with the BLT tasting really fresh, as if the salad had been picked from the garden that day. The staff were also really friendly and the wide selection of free magazines to read while you happily munch away was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be coming here again!

I came here for Sunday brunch a couple of weeks ago. I saw the sign outside for banana & blueberry pancakes, so had to go in! It is a nice spacious café with magazines you can borrow to browse as you eat. My husband and I were going to split 1 order of eggs and the pancakes so we could try both. The scrambled eggs came with a biscuit but they were all out, I said I would take a bagel instead, but they only had a cinnamon bagel left. So we just stuck to the pancakes. I later heard someone else order a particular coffee, but they were they out of that too?! The pancakes were really nice and came with a side of fruit. The fruit was baked into the pancakes which is how I like them. I would definitely return here again and I hope to try the scrambled egg on biscuit. I will need to go early!

I came in here looking for a somewhat healthy and light lunch. As per recommendation of the guy at the counter, I ordered the crab cake sandwich, and it was amazing! The crab meat tasted very fresh and had a perfect amount of spice that even those who don’t like spicy food would probably like the flavor. On top of the crab cake was a good chunk of avocado that made the sandwich all the more flavorful. I regret eating this so quickly!

Drank: Iced Green Tea w/Ginger & Lime Ate: BLT This place was wonderful. The atmosphere is so fun. When you walk in it feels like home — with a few birthday party decorations in place. The staff is wonderful. The tea was perfection. Other than sweet tea I’m not one for sweet drinks and I really don’t enjoy green tea, but adding the ginger and lime made it so refreshing especially on this muggy day. I loved the BLT. You could tell it was fresh. I ate the whole thing, but am left feeling a little over full/heavy. If you’re with a friend definitely get this and a bowl of fruit to split(they only give you a tiny side of fruit with the sandwich).

Total sleeper hit in this weird section of South Street Seaport/FiDi which feels somewhat post apocalyptic(streets always seem to be empty). I came looking for lunch and iced coffee with a side of WiFi on a very hot and muggy Sunday and MFD absolutely delivered. I wasn’t expecting too much for food and the breakfast sandwiches were incredible! I had scrambled eggs with ham and cheddar on a flaky, buttery biscuit and my boyfriend got some type of BLT croissant with eggs — fabulous. Coffee was passable and the interior is extremely bright and cheerful, with lovely large windows that let in the sun. Strangely, when we first arrived the wifi wasn’t working and we were about to leave when it magically clicked in, and not slowly either. A great quiet spot to study if you still want to be somewhat out in public, I’ll definitely be back!

This place is amazing! They have such delicious food at a reasonable price. The BLT egg sandwich on a biscuit is seriously one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. They also have amazing house blend coffee that has a chocolate flavor. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered: BLT Egg Sandwich; Scrambled Egg on a Buttermilk Biscuit What to get: either of the aforementioned We came here for the Scrambled Egg sandwich that a friend was raving about. And… it did not disappoint! Scrambled Egg on a Buttermilk Biscuit — Before I knew of its contents, I really just wanted a nice gooey and warm mixture of egg, ham, and cheese, which I got! It’s a huge biscuit with lots of eggs, ham, and cheese. They give you a side of fruit w/each entrée I believe. BLT Egg Sandwich — I only had a bite of this but it sure was delicious. The croissant was buttery and flaky; it had a nice darkened brown shade to it.

I came to this place for breakfast last Sunday because a friend raved about the biscuit sandwich. After seeing the menu, I was enticed by the BLT Egg Sandwich, so I ordered that, and I went halfsies with my boyfriend’s biscuit sandwich. BLT Egg Sandwich(4.5÷5) — I was so glad I decided to order this. Even though I initially evenly split this with my boyfriend, I ended up stealing part of his portion because I liked it so much. This isn’t your typical BLT. The tomatoes are roasted and flavorful. The bacon is thick and crispy, and the mayo and arugula added a delicious touch. Scrambled Egg on a Buttermilk Biscuit(4⁄5) — The biscuit was fluffy and crumbly. There was a heaping portion of eggs with cheese and ham mixed in. It was very satisfying.

Came here for lunch yesterday and ordered the Broccoli, kale soup with the Curried Tuna sandwich. The soup was pretty good however, if greens aren’t your thing, I would think twice before ordering. I’m practically a rabbit so it was delish! I had to take few bites of the curried tuna sandwich to decide whether or not I liked it. Verdict: I like it but I will say its different. Before you eat this sandwich, take everything you would expect from a tuna sandwich and throw it out the window. I definitely tasted the curry but the sweetness coming from the apples and raisins was unexpected. Overall, it turned out to be quite good but I’m not sure if I’ll order it again. Overall food was very good but I found the prices to be a little steep. I wouldn’t shell out 13 bucks everyday for a meal like this but when payday rolls around, I might be back to splurge.

Made Fresh Daily is tucked back in the South Street Seaport area, but it is a great find for a tasty breakfast. We ordered tea and a bagel and cream cheese, which was simple but fresh. We also eyed the homemade pop-tarts, which looked delicious. Service was a bit slow, and since I only ordered a bagel and cream cheese, I’m not sure how long made-to-order menu items would take. But there are plenty of magazines to skim while you wait or while you eat. Whether you’re looking for a spot to brunch with friends or if you’re flying solo and needing to get some work done, Made Fresh Daily is a fitting choice.
