Customer service was okay. They were very attentive and helpful. There’s also a wide selection of shoes, however when my friend and I wanted to return a pair of sneakers, they failed to mention that there are no cash refund and only exchanges. I also read the receipt and it doesnt say no refund. However, when i went back to the store i only see a small piece of paper that says no refund at the bottom. This store is a tourist trap, so if you don’t know any better they overcharge there shoes. We found the same pair of sneaker for much cheaper at a different store. So before you make a purchase, I advise you to check a different store because there are no refund at all. And all that the guy that helped us say was«I’m sorry that’s store policy». It’s store policy that they don’t mention it’s no refund and only exchanges, so just giving you a heads up be careful guys.

This was the only store on my NYC trip that I had a bad experience in. There was a sale going on and I asked one of the men working there for another size and he told me in a very condescending way that the one I had in my hand was a 6 ½.(I knew this already) I asked him again, if they carried other sizes(a simple question) and he told me that I needed to look at the size that is written inside the shoe. Then he proceeded to tell me that that’s what they have and asked me if I understood this. This guy clearly did not understand English as well as I did and gave me such an attitude. I will never recommend this place!!! Everyone else in NY has been very nice though.

Terrible customer service, low selection with very limited sizes, cheap quality, and overpriced. The only upside is that there are some sales, but it’s only in cash. Don’t expect luxury.

This store has been open on canal street as long as I can remember since I was in school around the corner. Service is good and attentive. When it’s crowded with tourist, it can get busy but staff will be with you when they are available. Small store but the shoes on display and the seating area is very well designed and efficient. You can tell they maximized on space. Women’s shoes are on the left and Men’s shoes on the right. They have a pretty good selection of hip and trendy sneakers, and some for casual and professional occasions. Although I didn’t order anything, I only tried some shoes on, I would come back to when something catches my eye and when my wallet fells like opening up. I already hurt my wallet’s feelings by blow some cash on a bunch of stuff I don’t need.

Since I work around the area and Don’t have much time to shop around(aside from online store). But is difficult for me to buy it online if Is not sure it fits my toes. I came today(Monday April 9th) and decided to go for a quick look. Surprisingly the people there are SUPER friendly and helpful. I was looking for a pair of sneakers specifically for running, they gave me couple of options and also gave me the shoe itself to try it on. The store does carry a good /Descent selection of Casual to walking to running. I fell in love with one of the running sneakers that has Black and Fuchsia color running sneakers from NIKE. Regular price was $ 95 dollars and there was a 20 percent off! Saved me from shipping, time to try it on and returns! Will come back again!

I’m not afraid to admit that my boyfriend has a sneaker fetish. He lovesss to see me wear sneakers with anything and it has slowly become a sickness. He is one of those people that can find that needle in a haystack because he found this place in the middle of Chinatown. Pretty sweet selection I must say, and the prices are less than your average department stores. The staff is really nice and were able to assist fairly well. Best part? No sales tax! I of course walked out with a pair of black Nike kicks… I’m wearing them right now actually… I feel pretty fabulous.

This place has been in chinatown for years and years. Everyone knows about it and it won’t go away anytime soon. Great for small businesses and tourists in chinatown.

«In high school, you was da man, homie» — fiddy cent circa 2002 O man, this used to be the spot to get your Jordans a week before they drop [with only a $ 10 premium]. In fact, I think I still have a pair of IIIs somewhere. Ok, I know where they are, I actually wore them the other day, because I’m such a hoodrat.

In my experience, shoes are more important to women than to men. This is not limited to just ladies’ shoes, however. Your shoes also matter more to them than to you. In fact, it’s entirely possible that your girlfriend is not a fan of your shoes. If she’s nice, like mine, she will just tell you how much she likes other shoes that are not yours. If she’s not, you might awaken to the smell of burning leather. Luxury Shoes has a very nice selection of shoes, some that may make your girlfriend happy. I suggest bringing her or another female friend along, so that you don’t have to go back again when you inevitably make a poor decision. I don’t think they do exchanges, either. Most of the shoes will go on sale at one point or another, which will make your wallet happy. I bought a nice pair of loafers at 50% off that my girlfriend prefers to my boots. Note: Items on sale are cash only.
