Large store full of cheap, gaudy, poorly made items. If you are looking for something to wear once for a night out, this is the place. Pretty sure anything that you would buy here would fall apart in the laundry.

I will NEVER order from this place again. I placed an order 1÷3÷15 and still have not received my items. What I did receive was an email from customer service (after I’d called several times for delivery status) telling me that out of the 6 items I’d ordered, only 3 were shipped. And one of which was damaged and they shipped and billed me anyway? I came across this store online and thought their products were pretty cool. That was a huge mistake, I’ll never order from them again. As an online shopper, you’re already leary of places you’ve never ordered from, this experience didn’t help at all. Future shoppers beware!

I placed an order on december 2nd… i got a confirmation email saying my order should have arrived by december 10th… today is december 22nd and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed them twice asking about my order and informing them that i did not receive it, just like it said to do in the email. They still haven’t responded to me and they don’t answer their phone. I’m really disappointed I guess I’ve been scammed? Don’t buy anything online.

I came across the Lucky 21 online store when searching for a specific brand of pants. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of pants and a jacket because prices were a bargain. My order came quickly but I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my order for the following reasons:
–one of the pants had a huge stain. EW!
–all of the brand tags are missing, with only the plastic string showing where the tags should have been
–the sewn-​on tag (that shows the materials and care instructions) had things written in marker on them
–the clothes came covered in dust and debris like they came from a pile on the floor
I feel like the clothes I purchased came from some rejected/​returns pile or worse, a used garage sale. I knew that I wasn’t getting high-​quality items, so I wasn’t expecting much, but seriously?! Even Big Lots and Good Will are better than this!

They have horrible customer service, i watched them accuse a black woman of stealing when the alarm went off… real strange how when they searched her bag everything she had was paid for. i don’t like them. they try to act like they don’t know what you are talking about when you ask if they can call the other store to find something when my friend called and they did it for him. They won’t get another dime of my money because I have a choice where I spend… and I don’t choose to spend it on their cheap and shoddy merchandise. I would have bought because it was cheap but after their pretend not to understand me when I speak English and have a brown face and nappy hair… and i’m not a ghetto broad. the pen is mightier than the sword or in this case the keypad… 0 Stars for that…

Ordered from them online and package got here really fast. (I live in California it got here in two days) Unfortunately they sent me the wrong size and wrong color. I am now trying to get in contact with their customer service department. I’m hoping this was an honest mistake and that they can send me the right item as fast as they sent me the wrong one. But I doubt that.
I will update when I hear back from them but I doubt I’ll be shopping with them again.

Unilocal needs to have an option where negative points are permitted. This store is over priced for their poor material clothing, shoes and purses. On top of that they are extremely rude.
One of the managers one day asked me to put the clothing I wanted to try on back to its original place. I expressed that it was rude of her to tell me to go put everything back where I got it from and she defended herself to the very core.
I sure will NOT be giving a single dime of mines ever again to this store.

I ordered from this place online. The prices were good, the items I received were cute, and the customer service was friendly, but the items came smelling very strongly of something rather toxic – like a mixture of kerosene and paint thinner would be the best way I can describe it. The smell came out after a few washes on the clothing, but the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered still smell very strongly after over a month of receiving them. I’m not sure if their warehouse reeks of whatever this is, or if they infuse their cargo shipments of it to prevent mildew, but regardless, I’m a bit concerned for my health if I were to continue to wear these as the smell is to the point of making me dizzy. I’ve learned the lesson that you get what you pay for in this case and won’t be purchasing from this company again.

This is the worst place to order online from. They ripped me off, after I had already purchased two pairs of shoes. Then when I had called them, they said they would ship out one of the pairs and take the other off the order. After waiting several days for the shoes they promised me would ship, I get an email saying that they «canceled» the order. First of all, it is spelled cancelled,* second they still owe me 30 $. Don’t ever shop here, it is a rip off.

Cute store! The have cute trendy clothes and a great shoe section (with my size 5.5.) The staff is nice and helpful but not overbearing. Also the prices are so low. Super reasonable for this neighborhood. One of the shop girls told me that they are online too which is nice since the store isn’t close to where I live.

I come here often because they always have great clothes. Some items are a little pricey but most are reasonable. The staff don’t follow you around or stare at you, waiting for you to steal something, but at the same time they’re not always around to help you. Again, there’s the problem of them not always having my size but that’s ok. This is the place I finally found a pair of shorts that actually stay in place!!! Yeah!

Are they trying to be like Forever 21?
Good store, but I felt like there were no small sizes (maybe someone took ‘em all?). The average dress price was around $ 27 which was a bit pricey for me, since I just bought a Forever 21 dress for half that price. If you’re going to be a separate store, then don’t try to act all high class.
There’s plenty of shoes, accessories, etc as well.
