Beautiful boutique shop, terrible customer service. Would never come back here again, even if it is in my neighborhood. Very rude sales associate, who is obviously only interested in making a sale, and punching in hours, instead of being helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. I really love these products, but my experience here definitely makes me think twice about where I decide to shop. Especially when all I get is a «yeah, ok» after I courteously offer a goodbye and thank you. This company should invest more time in choosing who they would like to represent their brand – manners go a long way.

What a difference each store is when it comes to customer service and experience. The sales associate took my bags and said you looked a bit overwhelmed but I explained to her that I was Christmas shopping for coworkers and was trying to find thoughtful gifts. I came here thinking I can pick up the shea butter hand cream since my coworkers does a lot of skiing in the wintertime and the sales associate mentioned I should take a look at the revitalizing gel leg cream which are perfect for athletes. I thought about it for a moment and knew she complained a lot about being sore. I also found the hugs and kisses combo packet which was lip balm(which has a tester) and the shea hand cream. The lip balm was amazing that a purchased one for myself! They also had the tester for the milk lotion which made my hands feel silky smooth. I already bought a lot of stuff that day that I held off on the milk lotion only because I purchased the rose scented soap which absolutely smelled divine! Overall, I was definitely happier here than I was at the other L’occitane location. I was greeted warmly and she spent some time going over some products that would suit the needs of my coworkers. She also mentioned I sign up for the email list and promised my information would not be shared with others. I would receive coupons and discounts and since I’m such a big fan, I did!

Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed a penchant for men’s skincare products. During my younger years, I had a rough complexion and my extra sensitive skin after shaving has plagued me into adulthood. A few years ago, a friend gave me the shaving oil and gel as a gift and I was pleased enough to sample other products in their line. The body washes don’t dry out my skin and the scents are pleasant and fresh, not too intense or floral. Here are some of the products I like: Shea butter hand cream Shaving gel Vetyver shower gel CADE shaving oil Verbena shower gel Douche d’Orange Olive Shower gel
