The dry cleaning service is top notch. I had two suits cleaned there and they did a fantastic job, they smell clean and were well pressed. I brought in a white shirt which was very stained on the neck area and they practically erased it. I have been to many other dry cleaners and never were treated very nicely nor was my clothes as visually clean. I recommend this business.

I’m writing this review as I stand in a laundromat, doing my own laundry. That doesn’t make sense, does it? I dropped off a small bag at legacy this morning at 9am and am told it will be same day service. I then get a call at 1pm, and I immediately think «great! I can pick it up early»…no no no amigos. Instead he is calling to tell me…4 hrs after I dropped off… that he can’t do it today. I will never waste time here again and urge you not to either!

This review is for their tailoring services. I got married last year and managed to find THE dress for less than $ 300. I didn’t need any major alterations and definitely didn’t want to spend as much or more on a tailor than I did on the dress, so I ended up taking it here to get it shortened. The tailor did a great job, quickly, and for way less than I would have spent if I’d gone to a «wedding» tailor. I then ended up needing something clever done to hide my bra straps so I brought it back, and he (I’m really sorry I don’t remember the wonderful tailor’s name) suggested putting in little hooks that ended up working perfectly. He spent time showing me just how to do it so it would look just right. All in all I spent about $ 40 for my wedding alterations and I looked amazing (if I do say so myself)! I’m not sure I would have gone here for anything major, but for what I needed, it was perfect — and the right price.

Very high quality cleaning and tailoring. A little more expensive than others in area but worth the difference in my opinion.

I have been going to this cleaners for a couple years. I will no longer bring my clothes !
They lost two brand new expensive shirts. I was lied to week after week about a different customer having my clothes. I actually wrote note to someone who the cleaners said had my items — very nicely asked if they could return the clothes — that person did not have my clothes and told me he never used that cleaners — so it was an outright lie by the cleaners.
They supposedly said they will reimburse me in full since I have recently bought the tops– I still have no gotten my reimbursement– and they keep trying to just give me «credit» as If I would use their service again.
Go to Central Park cleaners on 57^th — better and not as expensive.
