Stopped here for a dinner meeting. Service was as is expected for this location. The meals were well put together allowing flavors to blend perfectly. It was really slow for a dinner rush but it was great for talking. At one point the section behind us was shut down and we didn’t notice. Tried the niçoise salad(Amazing!!!) and crème brulée dessert(enjoyable).

The service and food was excellent! I shared smoked mozzarella & ricotta fritters and market flatbread. My entrée consisted of linguine con vongole. I really enjoyed the the food except the gorgonzola cheese on the market flatbread was too strong and overpowering. Landmark’s strength is in their food not their drinks as their dark ‘n stormy cocktail and sangria were forgettable.

Frequent Landmarc delivery for lunch and am satisfied with what I receive I would say 7 times out of 10. Upscale New American cuisine with a high price tag. Among my favorites are: –Grilled skirt steak salad: if you like oregano, you’ll love the vinaigrette. The steak doesn’t disappoint, either –Grilled chicken sandwich: topped with smoked mozzarella and a delicious aioli –Classic chicken Caesar: the housemade dressing, sharp parmesan and fresh croutons make this better than your ordinary Caesar salad –Sauteed green beans: made with lots of fresh garlic and shallots Lots of business clientele dining during peak lunch hours. Would recommend making a reservation!

I haven’t been to this place in a while and I forgot how below average the food is. I can’t say bad but definitely not good. We had a not great very salty with a pre made dressing Caesar salad for 24 $ which is super ridiculous for the quality of the food. A side of fries for 10 $! And a pretty sad salmon tartare, with a bit old fish obviously farm raised NY cheap fish(because it was super light colored) no spices or seasoning, and in a falling apart shape. The espresso machine is broken so we couldn’t order coffee. The only good thing was the bread that came with salmon. We had to pay for this pitiful let’s call it a meal over 75 $. And then the host came to us to signal us to leave taking our water and cleaning our table when no people were waiting on a table. So, it would be a one star, but our server was nice.

My last time here, a couple years ago, was a blur of toddlers & wait staff — so it was hard to judge. It just seemed average and WAY overpriced. But this time I had a practically empty venue and received: 1) Snotty service — not rude, but certainly looking down their nose at us. I ain’t the Prince of Persia, but I know Lasagna isn’t DEFACTO«filling»… And dude, you’re from Maryland~! No need to go puttin’ on airs. 2) You shouldn’t be running out of Steak on a Sunday at dinner in a practically empty restaurant. Ridiculous. ESPECIALLY for that location. 3) While the aforementioned admittedly HEAVY Lasagna did taste ok. The pasta itself was anemic. And apparently the whole thing was off. I had stomach issues all night long. Barely got any sleep. I can usually categorize restaurants into one of two types. One where the Special is Special! And one where the Special is «Special». Landmarc TWC falls in the latter class. Be forewarned. My beer was nice. My sorbet was lively. We did have a very nice time. It’s a good place for a beer and loud conversation. That’s all I’ll give it, though.

We were in the area waiting on a service and decided to get some brunch. Everything else seemed to have a long wait, but we were able to get in quickly here — that should have been my 1st clue. This place was just plain meh. It was not worth the prices at all. Our server was very nice and service was fast. I did like that the mimosa came with a little champagne bottle — that was cute, and that was about it. The food was diner quality. The place was overrun with kids — not a good place if you’re looking for a chill spot for brunch. I had the salmon benedict and I have to say it was one of the worst salmon benedicts I’ve ever had. The hash browns were greasy and bland. It was just a bad meal overall and poor atmosphere. No plans to come back here.

After having a child, this has become one of my favorite restaurants. There aren’t that many super kid-friendly, nicer restaurants in NYC and that’s why Landmarc stands out so much more to me now! Been here maybe half a dozen times in the past year with our babe and each time has been a non-stressful and enjoyable meal. Plenty of space to park your stroller outside, tons of high chairs available, an awesome kid menu, a changing table in the bathroom, and lots of other children so you don’t feel bad if your child decides to make those high-pitched screams or what not, hah! Food is reliable and service has always been friendly.

How disappointing it is that the place where I first tried bone marrow years ago has become what it is today. On the positive side, and where the stars belong, is our server, who was accommodating and courteous the whole time. Keep it up sir. On to what went wrong. Let’s start with drinks. We ordered a half bottle of white wine(it should be mentioned that this restaurant doesn’t offer glasses of wine. It’s either half or full bottle), which came at a lukewarm temperature. Not a big deal, as our server brought us a chiller when we told him about it. I ordered an old fashioned, which turned out to be a fruit punch. It’s hard to understand why they would muddle cherries and orange slices into it. It felt like one of those awful«tropical» drinks that I imagine you would get in a cruise. Keep it simple and elegant people. I had it substituted for a draft beer. Someone else at the table ordered a scotch and soda, which inexplicably came with a lime wedge. Yes, a lime wedge. On scotch. Food. We shared a bone marrow appetizer which had very little marrow. It’s well known that occasionally bones don’t come with enough marrow, but that’s why you have quality control in the kitchen. And here it was evident they just didn’t care. I ordered the burger, which had a nice char but was pretty dry. Fries were soggy. We also had a Niçoise salad which came with gigantic potato wedges. Th only saving factor was the tuna. I won’t be coming back here again. Thank you Landmarc for the bone marrow from the first time I visited you years ago. No thanks for what you do now.

Had a great time here with a group of friends. Definitely is a higher end restaurant that features great food with great views from the second story of the mall. I had the breakfast eggs and steak which tasted great, but cost me around $ 35. The view, aesthetics, and service were 10⁄10. I loved landmarc’s vibes and had a great time. The food was a 8⁄10. Everything tasted great for me and what my friends had looked good too, but the portions weren’t huge. I admit I eat a lot, but even so I feel like $ 35 should have bought me more food. The portion size wasn’t a huge issue, but I would’ve liked a bit more food. One definite plus was the bread they brought out. The price I’ll give a 6⁄10. I had a great experience and some great food, so I expected it to be a bit pricey, but I feel like $ 35 for steak and eggs is a bit excessive. I wouldn’t mind coming back here, but there are a lot of restaurants in New York so I’ll likely try a few other places before I return to Landmarc.

Had a fabulous dinner here last Saturday with my family as well as my boyfriends. It’s HUGE inside, and has beautiful windows all around for a glimpse of a core at every table. I loved the décor and it was a very lively atmosphere, it worked out great for what we were looking for! Our waitress and overall service for the evening was really wonderful, they were all very warm(big bonus), attentive, and efficient! We all started with appetizers, between salads, calamari, and meatballs we ate every bite! The highlight was definitely the meatballs and polenta, they are full of flavor and not too dense to weigh you down for the rest of the night. Great to share, and the rest were solid choices as well. For dinner I had the lamb shank with brussel sprouts and cauliflower purée. One word: wow. Every bit was cooked to perfection– the lamb basically fell off the bone it was so tender… and the FLAVOR. Amazing. The brussel sprouts were to die for too with pancetta and sitting in the lamb roux. Cauliflower purée was very unique but also done really well, a fun substitute for mashed potatoes! I would order it again in a heartbeat. My dad got the scallops, which he raved about(as did the waitress), and everyone else enjoyed their meals as well but I think these two were the highlight. Didn’t make it to dessert but I’m sure we will be back for a special occasion :)

Any restaurant that has cotton candy on the dessert menu gets 5 stars in my book. We came for dinner on a Monday evening and were seated by the window overlooking Columbus Circle. Beautiful place! Starting off with the calamari followed by the delicious pan seared salmon, we both ate everything and still had room to each get a chocolate mousse and an order of cotton candy. Every restaurant should have cotton candy! I definitely recommend for a date(dim lights), a dinner with an old friend(great appetizers to share) or place to impress a client(a menu with something for everyone). We waited at the bar for about 5 minutes while they set our table(we had a 7PM reservation and the restaurant was full on a Monday night… always a good sign) and the bartender was super friendly, too. My friend religiously drinks Macallan, which they didn’t have, but the bartender recommended something similar that he liked. Our server was on point and made sure we had everything we needed, our drinks were refilled and that we were happy. Indeed, I left very happy. Looking forward to check out their lunch one of these days.

Went to this restaurant(the one closest to Central Park) for my sisters birthday dinner. First off, it is in a mall. Now, this is a NEW York type mall. High end stores, amazingly clean and well managed. But still, a mall. We had a 7pm reservation and the amount of kids was amazing. Lots of little ones and the older ones were quite noisy, however when the parents finally left, it was more tolerable. The food and wine are amazing. That is one thing I can say for this place, the cheese tray was well chosen, however some softer bread would have been nice instead of hard bread to eat with the cheese.(or even crackers). When you purchase wine, it’s by the half bottle or full bottle. Don’t go in looking to get one glass. Bring someone that can drink a bit. Now, the server Bryan… he is the winner, winner chicken dinner. Seriously, he knows his stuff, food, wine, local banter and if you need to know the local bar scene in NYC, this is the man you come to. He is sooooooo informative and one of the great people I met in NYC(don’t let people fool you, NYC isn’t a mean place, the people are awesome) Oh… and they have cotton candy for dessert. That also wins an extra star from me, because that’s spectacular

Came here for brunch with friends on a Sunday afternoon. My friend was able to make a table reservation for 1:30PM for 7 in short notice(2 hours beforehand). The 1st thing i noticed when I walked to Landmarc is the # of strollers outside of the restaurant. I guess a lot of families bring their newborns there, or maybe new moms hang out there and gossip? I’m not sure. My party ended up only being 6 as 1 person could not attend. When 2 of us were there at 1:30, we were seated right away. I like how they seated us without us having to wait for the entire party to show up. I want to give this place a 5 for the food/drinks and a 3 for the service, thus averaging it out to a 4. My table setting was missing a knife. I requested a knife, and i think the server didn’t hear me. I eventually just got up and walked to the nearest server island and grabbed my own knife. 1 of my friends recommended the bloody mary saying it was really good. I have to admit it was the highlight of the meal. It was probably one of the better Bloody Marys that i have tried in Manhattan. For a bloody mary that is in the double digits… it better be that good! Food is expensive here, but the quality is top notch. I had the tomato confit and sauteed spinach omelet. I appreciated the server asking whether i wanted whole eggs or just the egg whites. I love my yolk, so whole eggs all the way. The omelet was cooked perfectly as it was very airy and fluffy. The tomato confit and spinach added a nice contrast in flavor and texture but i think my tomato confit was tad runny… I wish it was slightly cooked more so it wasn’t as watery. My gripe is that for a $ 17 omelet, you would at least have one side to come with it. but nope. In the end i ended up spending $ 40+(splitting evenly between friends) for my 1 drink and 1 entrée. In comparison, between the 6 of us, we had 5 cocktails, 6 entrees, and 2 sides. When we were done, our server was nowhere to be found. Granted the place is crowded and it’s probably a shietshow for the servers during prime hours, but if you’re going to disappear for like 5 – 10 minutes, you should at least ask someone to cover your tables for you… We eventually had to ask another server for our check, which he happily obliged to getting for us. Would I come back? If I was on a date and wanted to show off that I have bling $$$$, then yes. Otherwise… meh. Maybe for special group occasions.

I love the setting(third floor of the Time Warner Center). My table had a nice view of Columbus Circle and the globe. I went around 6(pre-opera) and was seated right away, even with no reservation. It got a lot busier and my waitress got less attentive as time went on, but the experience was still pretty good and we finished our three course meal in time for the 7:30 show. The cocktails were pretty good. I had the seasonal cocktail(something with pumpkin) to start, and it was very good. Made with pumpkin purée and maple syrup, it was like pumpkin pie, but not too sweet. My friend had some sort of fruity martini. Guava, maybe? Also good, but probably not something I would order for myself. I had the French onion soup to start. Fantastic! Very cheesy with some sweetness in the broth. It was very filling. I couldn’t even finish it, and kind of wished I hadn’t ordered an entrée. Fifteen dollars is a bit pricy for soup, but considering how substantial it was, it as only slightly, as opposed to grossly, overpriced. My friend had the seasonal sweet potato soup. It was made with coconut milk, and thus vegan friendly, but this left me wishing it was a bit creamier and richer than it was. The salmon with lentils was very good, but at this point, I was so full from the soup that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I would have otherwise. In spite of my bursting seams, we ordered desserts. Luckily they were mini desserts for $ 4 each. I love this. So much better than full-sized desserts. We had the crème brûlée and tiramisu. The crème brûlée was very good, but the tiramisu was disappointing. It was basically a lump of cream on top of a very thin sliver of espresso flavored pastry. The cream was good, but it bore only the slightest resemblance to tiramisu. I wouldn’t order it again.

Dishes were tasty. However service was a little lacking. Had to ask three times for the apricot preserves and twice for extra bread. The Pan Perdu with Berries was super tasty! Great brunch spot to sit and enjoy the view.

Landmarc is a solid French American restaurant. My favorite dishes — ricotta and mozzarella fritters, goat cheese profiteroles, rosemary and bacon mussels, frisée aux lardon salad, and lamb meatballs. What I love especially is the staff. They are always friendly, have no problem stopping what they’re doing to help you, etc. I took my friend here after her college graduation and I think just about every server came by to say congratulations. Dale at the bar is also really dope. He’ll make you a great drink. I always have a good meal or snack here when I stop by Columbus Circle!

Skip it. I falsely made the assumption that Landmarc would be fantastic, based on my family’s experience with Per Se(also in the Time Warner Building). Obviously, I wasn’t expecting a restaurant of the same caliber, but I was expecting to be impressed. I can’t even recall what we all ordered– that’s how basic this place was. It can be summed up as a loud, overpriced tourist trap. Food was fine. Drinks were fine. Service was fine. Nothing wows. The 2 stars are for the mini ice creams. Only memorable thing about the place!

Landmarc is a great place for desserts! Stopped in for desserts after a performance at Lincoln Center. All the desserts are petite(so you won’t have to worry about major calories). I had a delicious lemon tart. My friends had tiramisu, blueberry crumble and cappuccino. We agreed the desserts were delicious! Desserts are reasonably priced at $ 4.00 each. I think they have a deal for six desserts for $ 20.00. Service is friendly! You’re not rushed at all. When the server brought the check, a small platter of the most delicious caramels was presented to us. I’m hoping the restaurant sells the caramels. I plan to buy them online! Definitely would come back and try their dinner. This restaurant appears much less expensive than others in the area. The Landmarc is conveniently located in the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle.

This is my go to spot for brunch, lunch or dinner. There is aways room and the service is always great. The food may I add is amazing! I have a couple of favorites here: bone marrow, sweetbreads, the short rib lasagna(only on Sundays) and the scallops. It’s all yummy and fresh. Very interesting menu with a lot of choices. Also they have a great wine menu. Best part is at the end when you get a treat! Love this place :)

Really just 3.5 for me. Ambiance was open and had great lighting where it made the space feel intimate but not so dark that I needed a flashlight to read the menu. Our server was kick ass! Catered to everything our party of 10 requested and never broke a sweat. Though I thought it was weird that they ran out of the fish of the day and filet mignon during 8pm service. I mean that’s the prime time for service and to not have enough supplies on hand at peak time is a bit disappointing… and because PEI was frozen solid, we didn’t have a chance to try their mussels specialties, so will have to come back for this. Still what we did order were all delicious. Started with the bone marrow, a generous portion of marrow with toasted country bread and fleur de sal on the side; the mushroom Flatbread was baked nicely too. The scallops were huge in my main entrée and the sleet steaks ordered were grilled to everyone’s exact want perfectly. The blood sausage was presently nicely and prepared deliciously. Really had a good solid meal here. The portions were generous and price was on point. They presented the table with a fluffy paper cone of green apple flavored cotton candy, a perfect sweet ending.

Me deixou bem enjoada! O calamari não é tão bom quanto do The Smith…
