This office under Dr. Lambroza’s direction may provide good care, but their business practices are extremely questionable and their office staff is complicit in their mismanagement. I was given incorrect information about their participation in my insurance, which amounted to a lie, and then, following multiple out of pocket payments and medical procedures, ended up with a $ 4000 bill for medical services. I am deeply bothered that there are doctors who permit their staffs to be less than honest about their insurance acceptance and who end up saddling unwitting patients with exorbitant and unnecessary bills.

I went to Dr. Lambroza because I needed someone to look at my belly through my mouth… sometimes ya need that. My surgeon referred me to this doc, and he and his staff were just fabulous.
He called me one evening before my procedure because it was the only time I was available– I thought that was great. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful; he answered all my questions, and was just generally a personable good guy. I felt super-​confident I was in good hands after that chat.
When I arrived for my procedure, the nursing staff was totally on the stick. They made me feel comfortable, and they helped keep the mood light but respectful.
The day after the procedure Dr. Lambroza called again just to make sure all was groovy.
A total class act. I live two hours from NYC, but it’s worth the trip for me.
