Having blond, over plucked eyebrows made me look awful. When I penciled them in they smeared and were gone by the end of the day. I finally took the plunge and went for tattooing.
Jeffery took his time and created a natural, beautiful brow. What a difference. I will never go brow less again! As a blond, color can be difficult. Jeffery came up with a warm taupe that compliments both my hair and eye color. His skill with the tattoo machine is exacting.

He is hands down the best permanent makeup artist you will ever find. He noticed things right away that no one but me notices. I had bad eyebrow work done and he corrected it like a magician. His eye for symmetry is a gift. Not only that but he takes into consideration the rest of your facial features. Why didn’t I do this sooner? Because I hadn’t found an artist of his caliber. Don’t wait as long as I did! Free yourself from the pencil! Also it didn’t really hurt, he uses a great anesthetic.

As a teenager, I compulsively plucked my eyebrows to the point they would no longer grow back. Not knowing what to do I would draw on horrible eyebrows. I was always paranoid that they would come off. I was never at ease. I was terrified of rain and haven’t swam since I was 16. I am now 34. I was finally in a position where I could get permanent makeup. I did a ton of research online and Unilocal led me to Jefferey. It was the best decision I made. I left there today extremely happy. He made me so comfortable and spent as much time necessary until he was satisfied with the results. There was hardly any pain. And the result is amazing. He is unbelievably talented. Not only did he give me any amazing brow that compliments my face, it looks exactly like real hair. I would highly recommend him. Definitely 5 stars!

I have had my eyebrows tattoed several times before and was never happy with the results. My hair is red and my sparse eyebrows are dark brown. The results were always a heavy, dark brown eyebrow. Jeffrey analyzed the color, shape, arch, and front of the eyebrow and was able to come up with a beautiful color that coordinated with my hair and to add individual strokes in the front where there was no hair. At the end of the treatment, he used a light which prevented the ugly scabbing I’ve had to endure previously. His relaxed, pleasant manner assured me that he was truly an artist at his craft.

Jeff is excellent at his craft. Using a topical anesthetic coupled with light hearted humor, Jeff works hard to make sure his clients are comfortable both physically and emotionally before he begins his work. In terms of result, Jeff aims to please and will work with his client as long as it takes to get the desired look, even if it takes more than one session. I am really happy with the output (eyeliner and eyebrows), which have shaped and essentially transformed the symmetry of my face in an incredible way. That means less time in front of the mirror each morning with traditional makeup doing the same! I plan on continuing to see Jeff for touch ups for a long time to come. Bravo!

He is the BEST! I had no eyebrows and lashes when I saw Jeffery but I was afraid to get one of these pemanent make up tattoos because they usually look so bad and unnatural. Jefferey designed perfectly placed eyebrows and lashes, in the perfect color and it actually looks like I have hair there. People who know, swear they see hairs there. It’s a joy to wake up and not have to spend time drawing eyebrows and eyelashes. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!!
