The previous (and dated review) could not be further from the truth.
Dr. Bornstein is a top (if not, THE top) gastroenterologist in Manhattan and will provide top quality care and attention to a patient’s needs. His office is easy to access, and the fact that he is very kind and has a good sense of humor only adds to the patient experience.
His insurance policies are clear, and there is good reason why top professionals in New York choose Dr. Bornstein as their health care provider: he is one of the best. Period.

Seeing Dr. Bornstein has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my 28 years. He ran all sorts of unnecessary tests on me, then slapped me with a huge bill which his office has no interest in getting to the correct insurance provider. Patient beware!
