Absolutely horrible service. Ordered from seamless & waited for an hour & a half & had to call multiple times before they picked up their phone. No apology, no nothing. Never ordering from here again. Stay away.

The boy and I order from here once a week. Both endurance athletes — so we never met a carb we didn’t like :) Love their pasta, garlic knots, and most importantly, prices($ 10 for restaurant quality shrimp or chicken pasta!). Delivery is always on time/food is fresh and hot. Never tried eating there/anything else, so can’t comment. Not sure about the dishonesty comments — when they’ve run out of garlic knots, they always give me cash back w the delivery.

Great food(I got pasta), bad atmosphere. Loud, crowded seating, and beautiful view of 45th. Will come back, but will definitely get my food to go.

Overall, decent. But closing at 11pm on a Thursday night… amateur. Open a place in the burbs if you want to do that.

Nothing special about this corner pizza place. It will do for weekday lunch. But the slices are on the smaller size and not the cheapest. The turkey burger is from a frozen pattie, which I suppose is expected. They’ve kind of burnt the burger a couple of times. A couple of times I came in and it was empty and the guy behind the counter said the chef was not in and I could only order pizza, hm ok… They have one of the most common Italian restaurant names in NYC, but not sure if anyone working there is even Italian…

I just started working in the area(3rd Ave) and I like Pizza, so I ordered from this place, we split a pie with a few toppings on it, I ordered on the phone, they answered quickly and they were very efficient with the order taking process, the order came in 30 Minutes which I think is pretty quick and was exactly as ordered. the pizza arrived hot, it was cooked nicely and it tasted very good. In all honesty there is NOTHING about this place that is outstanding or detrimental it is average in every way. So if you want a quick bite, that’s decent and not expensive in this neighborhood, this is your place, I will surly order again

The pizza here is not good. I think the quality of their ingredients being sub-par has a lot to do with it. Salty mozzarella, poor quality meat(chicken at least). Also– I agree with other reviewers. They up charge you and hope you don’t notice. So, I’d avoid if I were you… Disgusting Pizza + Dirty Facility + Unethical business practices = Bad Experience If you are looking for premium quality pizza on 45th street, stop over to the Amish Market. They make delicious Neapolitan wood fired pizza– for a terrific price too.

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLEPEOPLE. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews for this place. I heard they have their employee’s relatives/kids write for them. My experience: I just moved to the neighborhood and of course, the corner pizza place is a must try. The first time I went in with my husband, it was close to closing time. We selected the slices we wanted and the guy who was heating them up just looked impatient and over it. He wanted to get out or something really badly. Horrible service but O-K pizzas. Everybody has off-days…i decided to give this place another try tonight. SAD. PATHETIC. HORRIBLE. TRAGIC. Guy rolled his eyes at me because I didn’t have exact change. Who the fuck do you think you are? You pizza maker piece of shit. YOURPIZZATASTELIKESHIT. The 2 cheese pieces I got tasted worse than the microwavable ones you can get at Duane Reade. Y’all fuckers who work there do NOT have the right to treat ur customers with disrespect ESPECIALLYWHENURFOODISN’T UPTOPAR. RUDESERVICE = BADFOOD. It don’t matter if your food taste like Jesus himself made it, if the service is bad, YOU’REANAUTOMATICZEROFORME. BYE. NEVEREATINGHEREAGAIN. NOISELEVEL: LOUD. They have some stupid soccer game on all the time and full blast volume.

Fantastic service, very personable, and if you shout out custom orders or see something you want to add or take out, they are very accommodating w/o question. One of the few pizzeria’s that still believe the customer is always right.

Delivery time says 30 – 45 minutes. Took at least 90 minutes, of which 20 was«once it left for delivery». I live 1 minute away from the place. I ordered 2 plates, 1 pasta and 1 salad. The pasta was actually good, the salad they did not read my specific request to leave ingredients out because I don’t like them. Not satisfied. They get 2 stars because the pasta had good flavor.

THIEVES. See other reviews for proof. They overcharge constantly. I refuse to eat here because of my experience here the other night. When I called him out on the price he said«it was tax do the math», I did and proved him he’s a thief he then asked me if «would it make you happy if I gave you your money back» Of course it does. NO morals and a thief. He even accused the kid before me of not giving him a $ 20 bill when thats all the kid had were 20’s. I have no respect for thieves.

I work in the area and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. While the store is small and it’s usually busy the staff is fast and friendly, especially if your a regular. It’s not 99 cent pizza prices but the quality of the food is worth the price and I don’t just mean the pizza. The salads and heroes are excellent and very filling, created with care and fresh ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and co workers.

They constantly up their prices without updating their menu so you’re never sure what they’ll charge you at the register. Twice in the course of a month, they increased their price on my sandwich order without updating their menu on the wall and didn’t tell me when I was ordering. It’s decent quality food but I wouldn’t recommend it because there are much better places around at the same price.

Quite possibly the most disgusting customer service I ever encountered. I ordered thru Seamless and they forgot part of my order. When I called to inform them, both people I spoke with(a worker who LIED about being a manger + the manager) were rude and argumentative, and basically said I was lying about the missing item. Seeing that I was ordering lunch from them EVERYDAY for the past several months, what purpose would I have to lie about that??? Makes no sense. I will never spend another dime in this establishment. I should’ve listened to my co-worker who said he got food poisoning from them and when he called to tell them about it, they gave him attitude.

Skip this place. There are better pizzeria’s around town and the delivery took forever and a day. While the pizza was edible, I felt the pies were a little small. The avocado salad was tasty though and I enjoyed that a lot. Their grandma pie was also decent, but again, not special. They also charged $ 21 for a large veggie pizza and I felt that was kind of expensive and they skimped out on the veggies.

Ordered a large grandma pie from them. It was only 6 slices so not very large. Delivery took forever and the pizza was cold when it got here but they were having some issues because of the UN street closures. It was a decent slice and if it was hot it would have been even better but I don’t know if I’d order delivery from them again and the actual store is a bit out of the way.

Meh describes this place perfectly. Pizza places are a dime a dozen by me(and pretty much all over Manhattan). Having said that, you can’t get away with skimping on toppings AND charging almost $ 5 a slice when there are five other places within walking distance that charge less, give more, and taste better. Granted, I haven’t had any of their baked dishes so can’t speak to those, but I really think this place caters to the weekend late night(read: drunk) crowd leaving McFadden’s and Calico Jack’s looking for some quick food. I may give them another go, but with Garlic, Vezzo, Libretto’s, Pazzo Pizzeria, and even my local Abitino’s nearby, I’m really not compelled to go back to La Trattoria…
