Have been ordering from here for about 4 years with consistently good service and quality. Great delivery and the pies are always so so good. WHEN they have garlic knots(they always run out on busy nights), those are always super tasty. The other day I went inside King’s for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. There’s something cozy about the wood paneling on the wall and cheesy pics with the NYPD and local celebs. It’s a friendly place.

Just ordered a small Pepperoni for delivery its Old School NYC Pizza and it’s damn good. It could’ve been a little hotter but that’s the oven is for. If you want a good slice this is the place.

GREAT! New York style pizza at its best! Cheap, greasy and good! Okay it’s really not greasy, but well blend of sauce and cheese! slices are already engineered, they bake as you order! great customer service. We stayed in Manhattan but this was worth the subway ride!

Terrible! Today I placed an order for a pizza… half pepperoni and half beef with an iced tea. The sloppy pizza showed up late with NO beef and pepperoni tossed carelessly on 3 Fourths of the pizza. I don’t eat pork! So I called to ask them to send me the pizza I ordered and they refused. They also failed to send my iced tea! So I got ripped off by the lazy idiots who decided to screw up my order. I will NEVER order from them again. I suggest you do the same. Terrible

The first time we went here and dined in the pizza was amazing! We ordered delivery another night and it wasn’t as good but still pretty descent. I would suggest going and deciding what you want at the actual pizza place.

Very rude. They don’t have personal pizza although it’s listed here on the menu. And they were extremely rude… so bad that I didn’t order because I was sure that wouldn’t have gone well. Don’t do it!!!

5 stars for being the best pizza in Harlem… For being awesome neighbors. For keeping good greasy pizza alive in NYC… And for having great delivery. Kings Pizza of Harlem is simply good, cheesy, floppy, crispy, crusty pie!

Lousy service. I called. They couldn’t hear me. Told me to look at the menu and call back because they had a hundred pizzas they were making. And, the online meatlovers pizza is listed at less than $ 18 but I was told its $ 25.

I wouldn’t go so far as to crown this place the king of pizza parlors, but still it’s probably the best place to go if you’re in the neighborhood. For the most part I’ve been pretty much satisfied, as long as I stuck with ordering pizza. They offer the standard pizza toppings… pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and more. However, I tend to stick with their pepperoni slice, since for various reasons the others haven’t tasted as good. On the other hand though, the slices at King’s are larger than at other pizzerias in the neighborhood, so that’s a big plus in their favor. I’d probably also stay away from the Meatball Parmigiana Sub too. I thought the meatballs had way too much filler and that the sub was too dry– lots of cheese, but very little tomato sauce. The pizzas here are cheesy too, with loads and loads of it, and very little sauce. All in all though, this is still a good place to stop in for a quick slice and a soda. If only because the slices are so large that you’re pretty much guaranteed not to leave hungry, and of course there’s the low neighborhood friendly prices.

King’s is on our regular rotation for take-out. Their hot subs and grilled chicken salad are great. Once in a while the eggplant parmigiana sub comes a little oversalted, resulting in us taking a hiatus, but we always go back. Burgers are decent as well.

Native New Yorker here. What does that mean? Two words: PIZZASNOB. Last of the real pizzerias. Real hood pizzeria, the type with arcade games still plugged in, the type of place that gives my kid a high five when we walk in. Where they do that at? Doesn’t get five stars cause they don’t make buffalo wings other than that one of my go to spots for a real slice. Delivery is quick fast & the delivery guy super nice & polite.

First of all, do not go by Unilocal menu prices. I expected their pizza to cost $ 17 and it ended up being $ 26. Second, pizza was ok at best. I’ve had much better tasting pizza in other parts of Harlem even. I will say that delivery was very fast even though I’m a little farther out. Bottom line, go here if you have a pizza craving and other places are closed(which is how I ended up here). Otherwise, try other places for best overall value and quality.

They get 5 stars for delivering legitimate NY style pizza to the residents of Harlem at a fair price and speed. There are a lot of «almosts» when it comes to food delivery in Harlem and this place is the real deal. It’s good greasy pizza.

Real NY style pizza in Manhattan! Rarely do I come across a real slice, but King’s has it. Pizza is big, cheesy, floppy yet crispy, and with a doughy crust. Yes it’s a cruddy little place but if you’re in the mood for a real NY slice in the area at an affordable price, this is your best option.

Maybe next time… This place is the closest pizza place with the best reviews in the area, so maybe we caught them on a bad day. It took one and a half hours to get a Sicilian pie and a garden salad. I didn’t mind the wait, but the pizza was a bit doughy in the middle. The cheese was good, but it was hard to get over the taste of wet dough in the middle. We muscled through three pieces then the rest went down the garbage chute. My wife’s garden salad was loaded with hot peppers which the menu didn’t mention, and after pulling them all off, the salad still tasted like pepper juice. So strike 1, late. Strike 2, doughy. Strike 3, flamin’ hot salad. We might order again sometime, because they do have a «combo» pizza, which is a pie with five toppings for just $ 21… But it will be a while. I don’t see craving pizza anytime soon.

«Pizza fit for… well definitely not a King» From the reviews this place had a bit of potential. Yeah, I will pass next time. I will thoroughly agree with the comments that delivery is super fast and the delivery dude was really nice. The pizza was ENORMOUS. Unfortunately it was on the soggy side and would fall apart when you tried to fold it as there was, in my opinion, too much sauce. I actually heated up my oven and popped my next slice in for 5min to crisp her up. Mushrooms were canned, which was not a big deal at all. They also forgot one of the toppings I had asked for. Overall quality was sadly disappointing. Price was reasonable IF I had actually received a satisfying pizza.

I didn’t expect real NY style pizza in this central Harlem spot on busy 145th St — but I was pleasantly surprised. They even have real Italian style desserts. It’s very simple — neighborhoody — but the pizza is real and the service is good, so if you are in the area — go and get a slice.

King’s Pizza is a treasure amongst the dearth of viable takeout options in Harlem. Do not compare it to Totonno’s. Do not compare it to Lombardi’s. This is run-of-the-mill red sauce action that would be considered mundane anywhere else in the city. So why the four stars? Because the food is cheap and tasty, and the delivery is fast. Pizza is good and greasy(in the good, NYC way) and the price is just right. Baked pastas are a ridiculous deal — the portions are huge and the dish literally weighs as much as a brick. Definitely enough to share. The steak and cheese is a good hangover cure — plenty of American cheese and grilled onions to keep your stomach from lurching any longer. And the fries, incredibly, are ridiculously deliciously addictive. I could sate my hunger with a plate of these suckers alone, marveling all the while how they could stay crispy and hot on the way from King’s to my apartment door. If you live in Harlem and are struggling with good pizza delivery options, tuck this menu away as a sure bet. Now, if only we could get some legitimate, well-priced Thai…

This place would have gotten at least a solid three stars from me. I mean they did deliver our pizza within about a half hour. Twenty bucks for a large, two-topping split pie. The crust is actually very good. The sauce was a little too sweet. BUT… They committed a sin against all stomachs. Something that should never be tolerated. They used CANNEDMUSHROOMS on our sausage/mushroom pie!!! If there is something you should NEVER do… and I mean NEVER… especially when operating a restaurant and all, that is to use canned mushrooms! Disgusting metallic taste with weird, slippery consistency. Reminded me of my days as a child when we had no money, lived in a cold climate and actually ate canned mushrooms on our Appian Way pizza from a box. Never again did I think I’d have to relive those days. Anyway, one full star removed for this mortal sin alone. (Note to King’s Pizza: PLEASE use FRESH vegetables on your pies!)
