Horrible. One of my first experiences to new york…
The associates totally ignored us. We walked in = didn’t even get greeted. We looked through some of the items. one of the workers even walked right by us to put some things away = didn’t ask us if we needed help or anything.
As we walked out, my friend was feeling generous for some reason and decided to THANK the one behind the register (I don’t know why!!!) and what happened? NOTHING! No acknowledgment whatsoever.
5 stars for customer disservice. Oh, and $ 65 for a freakin’ child’s hat? Are you kidding?
