Worst decision to hire them for jfk, they already have a baby seat in the car so that they can use it for other customers on their way back, no space for two people to sit, car was super small, driver was Jamaican and greedy, he even ask us that don’t pay for extra luggage(which we were not going to either way) but please tip me well, he didn’t help us putting our stuff in the car, took wrong route delay us for the airport and trying ways to rip us off .stay away from those sweet sounding voices behind your phone when you call and book them up, they say no problem after every sentence but never tell you the right thing .stay away especially if you are going to the airport. worst night mare ever .oh yes it was 99 degrees outside and air conditioner of luxury car wasn’t freaking working, way to go

What a joke of a Company. Ordered a car with a carseat and wrote In the booking that the seat should be rear facing, and when he arrived it wasn’t and he seemed to be really pissed about changing it. The driving to the airport was reckless, and I really don’t get that someone calls themselfs limo service drives like this. When we arrived it made my daughter sick but we got everything In a bag, but this made the driver even more pissed so he yelled and screamed at us at the dropoff and everyone turned their heads. He screamed that he would overcharge me I recorded it all and will share his outrage on Twitter. Never ever will i suggest anyone to use this company. His car # is 80 Shame i could not give 0 stars

Excellent car service, especially if you have children and need car seats. Pricing is very competitive with peers(7s, 6s etc). We were very happy with the condition of the cars and the drivers. We will definitely use them again.
