I found Julie’s information through extensive research after deciding to try electrolysis. Not only does she have all current accreditations, she is also a member of the NY Electrolysis Association (very important!!). She has many years of experience and will be honest about how she can treat you based upon skin type and hair texture. You have to be committed to going for all treatments and follow her advice to see the best results. She is also very encouraging and kind throughout the process. I’ve also noticed that she will often charge a bit less for her loyal repeat customers. I read one of the prior reviews. She is chatty but no more so than your average hairstylist. I highly recommend her work.

I’ve been going to Julie Ann for 2 years now for electrolysis. She’s gentle, sweet and kind. I’d been to a few other shops before choosing her and I did so because she’s a kind, compassionate person.
I think it’s funny to post that a particular person is ‘odd’ because that’s far too subjective. What matters is the job done.
I’ve also sent a few other, very selective, co-workers and all of us love her. She’s been wonderful, flexible and takes great care of my very sensative porcelin complextion.

I saw reviews on another website where everybody loves Julie Ann and her services. I went there some time ago … (BTW she changed locations, she is now on 30 E. 60^th st.) anyway, I went there some time ago and I found her to be a little weird, she talks a lot and non-sense … she is a little odd … she is a nice woman though, just a little odd. Something weird that happened is that she was using a new laser machine and I felt like she was checking the machine manual to turn it on … I got a little scared there. Anyway, I did only 1 laser treatment … it stang a little … but I think it’s less painful than other places.
Overall, the place seems pretty clean, she is a nice lady, a little weird with her head in the air but nice.
