I was sold a fjallraven kanken dusty! I thought it was weird it was already bagged. I regret purchasing it, initially for my sister for back to school. I went and was told I can’t exchange it. It has all its tags and papers inside the bag. I’m so mad that they wouldn’t return this dusty bag being told it would go away! I want my money back !!!

They have a large selection shoes but have TERRIBLE service and the staff were inattentive (despite us being one of 3 people in the store). One employee kept arguing with me over my shoe size and continuously brought me the incorrect size and then rolled her eyes (and took forever) when I asked her for the right one.

BOTTOM LINE: Cleaner and roomier than other Journeys in Manhattan.
If you’re looking for sneakers, chances are you’ll eventually stumble upon Journeys, David Z, Foot Locker, Flight Club, etc. This particular Journeys is cleaner, roomier and seemingly more organized than some of their other locations, likely owing to it being in a posher part of town. This definitely makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. Their stock is the same and they’ll occasionally have «exclusives» with certain brands. Service was decent, though they seemed somewhat understaffed (like all their other stores). Definitely worth a look to see if they have something you like.
