I am on the hunt for a perfect pair of comfortable pumps that can be worn for an entire 8 hour shift. I went to Aerosoles because they are known for their über-comfortable shoes. I bought three pair, but none of them worked, so I went to return three pairs. I was told that I couldn’t return a pair because it had been worn. Yes, for a few hours, indoors so I could see what the shoes were like. So, now I have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear because they tear up my feet and all I am told is it’s store policy, so I cannot return them. The manager that helped me didn’t help me, he didn’t try to find a solution. He just stood behind store/company policy. Not cool, Aerosoles. I had a similar experience a few years ago and after this, will never go back. It’s not good customer service to stand behind policy. I did try calling their customer service line, but it’s customer no service and no one answered the phone. I give up and will never return to Aerosoles.

I want to compliment the excellent service received on September 12, 2012 at the Aerosoles store located at 36 West 34th Street, New York, NY10001. Tyrone #900979 was extremely attentive and helpful, and found the proper styles and sizes for my problem feet. The other associates were also wonderful. My shopping experience was fun and I’ve left with two pairs of comfortable shoes. It was a pleasure to find a store where customer service is number one. I will definitely return to do my shoe shopping at this store in the future. I have even sent a nice letter describing the terrific service given at this store to the company.

I like shoes. I like comfortable shoes more. I have plantar fascitis due to the fact that I have ridiculous arches in my feet and still insist on wearing flat as a pancake backless shoes. I walk miles and miles all over New York like that. And at the end of the day, it HURTS. This is where Aerosoles comes in and saves the day by saving my poor abused feet! I go in about 5 minutes before they close(my bad…) and proceed to try on 6 pairs of shoes, each in three different sizes(when you wear a 9 ½, you become accustomed to them not having it so you always ask for a 9 and a 10. And then they bring out a magic box and say«Well I have a 9 ½…» and you squeel with glee! Anyway…) The sales staff were decent and I didn’t feel rushed even though I was trying to hurry as they were getting ready to close. Bought a really cute pair of red and tan slingback WEDGES that are extremely comfortable and waaaaay better for my feet.

This is going to sound ridiculous so forgive me in advance. One Friday night I went for a wee shopping trip after work and walked into the Aerosoles whorehouse managed by a huge guy who just walks around and observes his staff and clientele. Upon further inspection of me he noticed that I was in the market for a quality product with a red sticker and a heel. I gave him a sample of what I was after and he sent one of his whore staff members to retrieve it. I tried on the merchandise and walked around the store. While I was considering my purchase I came upon a caramel item that was pretty leggy but didn’t scream F*** Me. I liked her. I wanted her. And the Aerosoles pimp could see the gleam in my eye as he immediately sent his lackey to get her for me. Aptly named Risky Pizness, she fit me just right. And now I had a choice to make. I kept coming back to risky. And in a moment I was at the Point of Service being charged for my chosen one. One of the shoe whores wasked the pimp who would get the commission and as it turns out the pimp’s boy lackey was the lucky one. Almost as lucky as me and my 59.99 knee high zip up boots. Thanks to the pimp and his hos at this Aerosoles.
