A gem for Dominican food! It’s a take out only place but the food is delicious and the prices are under $ 10. I ordered a rice w/​beans and pernil which was excellent. I would recommend going if you are in the area.

I decided to give this place a shot one day just as a «what the heck» kind of thing. I got the Moro rice and Pernil. The rice had real authentic flavor, the Pernil was exceptional with crisp on the skin that sent me into a food coma. I’ve gotten food from here quite often since then and honestly I’ve never been disappointed. Awesome prices, consistently delicious food and wonderful service from the people there made me a customer for life.

Looking for some affordable, delicious and non-​Chinese food in Chinatown? Look no further. This delicious Spanish cuisine will leave you with a full belly without breaking the bank. I recommend the roast pork and chicken. Amazing beans and rice also. Although there are no tables at this tiny — take out only– place, the East River Park is nearby and what better view could you ask for than that? I’ll be back for more. Yum!
