What companies in retail fail to understand is customer service is the life blood of the business. In this case, there are many fancy chocolate stores that I can visit, and other people can as well. Not only must their product be superior, but the service must be pleasant and professional. 12 pieces of chocolate for 20 bucks deserves serious white glove service. The individual that served me was rude and obnoxious, Management needs to rethink their customer service training program, as it seems like they have none.

The staff are rude and unprofessional. They put up the happy hour sign and later charged me for two and when i asked they simply put down the sign and made me wait for over 20 minutes. I did not even get my drinks in those 20 minutes. The ignored me and made me wait and talked to each other saying i was throwing a tantrum that is when i just asked for my money back.

I have been impatiently waiting for this shop to open up. I really like the layout, though would dread being in the space with more than three other customers. The staff were professional, courteous, and appropriately conversation. They were quite talented in encouraging purchases and upsell, without being the least bit pushy. They made good suggestions, answered all questions quickly and concisely, yet thoroughly. And, I mean, come on: these products speak for themselves! Pop on in, and treat yourself!

This 2014 popup caught me by surprise as I headed toward Shake Shack. It’s surprising it took them this long to set up shop here, even given the competition, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they did their darndest to stick around.

Famed, and well-earned, chocolatier. First sampling of cocoa wares was in Chelsea Piers. Recently opened kiosk in GCT will prove dangerously tempting for cocoa aficionados; at the very least those with a sweet tooth that won’t mind going sweet-less for a bit while saving up to splurge on $ 17 box of high-quality caramels. Oh yeah, by the time I got there for the commute home — they had already ran out of boxed chocolates. service is friendly, helpful and courteous
