Neuhaus Chocolate

Honestly it looks better than it tastes.
They are beautiful and creative flavors but honestly it doesn’t go past that, Lindt chocolate is more refined chocolatey taste and smoothness. Paid 16 $ for 6 chocolates and when I tried it it was such a rip off. I felt like there is no difference in taste compared to Godiva or Pot of Gold chocolates people give you for Christmas (and yes Godiva is pretentious chocolate as well)
It’s a beautiful presentation of the shop, and the texture was good! But the flavor is what lacked the most and for me as a chocoholic I was left disappointed.

La boutique est minuscule ! Je né l’avais même pas vue la première fois que je suis sortie de Grand Central.
Heureusement que j’attendais d’avoir un taxi juste à côté, sinon je n’aurais jamais fais attention à ce chocolatier.
On se demande pourquoi, quand on n’habite pas Paris, on doit se déplacer à NYC pour déguster un délicieux chocolat belge…

The best chocolate in the world! I am sure there are chocolatiers out there who are making superb chocolate but Neuhaus hands down is the best. And the tiny store has all you need: gift boxes, individual treats and bars! Yum. And the person at the counter was great. Will definitely come back.
