I came here with my Rolex which needed repair. I was told they work with a watchmaker who comes by to pick up and repair Rolexes. They agreed to call when the watchmaker was there so I could speak with him and potentially give him my watch for repairs. They called when the fellow showed up. I live 2 blocks away and said I would be right over. They said the watchmaker would wait for me… Well, you guessed it, when I arrived the guy was gone and the store employees were very RUDE to me also. I will never go there again.

I brought in my vintage Rolex for repair, as self winding was no longer working. The staff fixed it perfectly and at a great price as an «overhaul» and even replaced the crystal. It is like new. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent prices!

Dropped in on my lunch break to have my Submariner bracelet re-​sized. Didn’t feel like paying the high price or the hassle of a big name place like Tourneau.
Took only a few minutes and only $ 10. Can’t speak to any other service they do but if you need your watch re-​sized this little place is very professional and very quick.
Highly recommened!

I just stopped in to have a watch battery replaced. It took under 5 minutes to have the battery replaced– I didn’t have to leave it and come back– and the price was very reasonable. (Thus much faster and cheaper than other «name» jewelry stores I’d used before.)

At first you walk into the store it looks like one of many many shady watch/​jewelry stores in NYC. However, looks can be deceiving and this shop is very professional and they know what they are doing. You can find great deals on pre-​owned watches here and you can be assured that they will be able to service it if something goes wrong. Jeff & Peters seem like big names in this business and you can trust this place (fyi, I bought 2 watches here). Highly recommended.
