Ioannou & Associates

I called the office of Ioannou and associates to find out information about my case that has been pending for 10 years. I broke my ankle at my old house. There were no lights in the hallway and the LL’s family had all of their shoes in the hallway pretty cut and dry right? NOPE! Enter John Ioannou. I only spoke with him one time after a black gentleman approached me at Brookdale Hospital. In my naïveté i didn’t know that made this attorney an ambulance chaser.
Anyways while on the phone with the «receptionist» I do admit I dropped a few F bombs out of frustration. I had provided them with my new number they never called. If I called to give them a new address they still sent letters to the old address update your data base much? So in turn the receptionist told me to give her my «F*CKIN INFORMATION! «i in turn took the first thing smoking to 414 E 59^th st. I get there no plaque, no sign no indication that there is a business even thriving behind the glass doors. I called and informed them I was outside and they stated that they were out to lunch. IT WAS 3PM! The young pelican that answered the phone said they will return at 3:30 pm. I told them I would wait.
They NEVER BUZZED ME IN I WAS OUTSIDE THE ENTIRE TIME.
Whilst I waited a gentleman by the name of Byron from their landlords office had come to serve them papers. They refused to open the door for him also! So after they cursed me out on the telephone I made no threats, I did curse during our initial conversation never threatened anyone. I stated that I wanted to speak to the Sup and/​or HR. I waited until 3:30 pm buzzed the bell again. No answer I called again they stated they were still on lunch. I told them I would wait who shows up 3 minutes later? THE POLICE! THEY ASKEd ME IF I WAS FIGHTING WITH SOMEONE. LOL ME? Before departing they told me to call them every day until I get results they did not file a report or anything. They also stated that the «ladies» in the office informed them that they could not let anyone in when the attorneys are not in. Why not tell me that in the first place? The officers were looking like why are we here?
BIANCA LOPEZ AND JENNIFER REYES if those are their real names are 2 cowards who will drag Ioannou and ass into the ground with their tacky ghetto behavior if they have not already judging from the papers the LL had for them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACKY, GHETTO, CLUELESS LAW FIRM. You are better off fighting the case yourself. Or paying a homeless guy 2 beers.
