A horrible experience! This store is a UPS access store. I took a 30 minute subway ride to go there to make arrangements for them to accept a package for my son whose building UPS does not deliver to. I’m vacationing here from Florida. The man I initially spoke with was helpful but that all changed when a young woman(I use the term lightly) stuck her nose in. She was extremely rude and began talking badly about me in Spanish to the aforementioned gentleman. I am blue eyed blond haired so she must have assumed I didn’t speak Spanish; well I do and was appalled by what she said. I told her that I speak Spanish and sag replied she didn’t speak English or Spanish! She then proceeded to walk me out of the store! Since this happened several hours ago, I’ve reported this business to UPS corporate offices and have had a call back with assurance they will take action against this business. If it were up to me I would terminate their UPS agreement. I’ve also called and emailed the store, posted this review and will next file a complaint with the BBB and post reviews on other social media sites. This girl picked on the wrong person today. This business lost a potential customer but also showed its true colors and bad reputation. Run for the hills! Take your business elsewhere! If Unilocal had a no star option that’s what I would have chosen!
