AT&T gets a 3. I hate them no more than I hate any other phone company. The folks at this store, however, are extremely nice and helpful. The wait is more reasonable than most stores and the service is excellent.

This store has an idiot named Christian working there who does not know what he is doing. I went in to get a new phone and only 3 hours later did Christian figure out as he was transferring data that my old phone had more memory than the new phone. He wanted me to spend another 4 hours after I purchased a new phone to transfer the data. Finally, I asked for my old phone back. The next day, I noticed voicemails were missing from my phone. Christian was nasty and useless and I am not told by customer support the voicemails are gone. Christian is dangerously stupid because he does not know what he is doing and should not be working there. He acts like he knows what he is doing but he is completely inept. I spent the entire day on the phone with tech support the next day and all agreed that he was at fault.

I bought a charging cord there last week for vacation and this crappy cord just broke while in NOLA. Of course not gonna save the damn receipt, they better replace this shit. Who knows if they even read this.

UPDATE: phone order was cancelled for no apparent reason (3rd time). Went to the store for help. Marcos (asst. manager) openly said his inferiors know more than he does and proceeded to message someone on a dating app on his phone while he passed us off to another sales associate, Annise. Annise was quite possibly one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. She frowned the entire time, seems to hate her job, would not speak to us directly, and in the end she and the asst. manager said there was nothing they could do. Seriously appalling customer service. Now I have to cancel the account and will be staying with my current company. When I explained this they did not seem to care and opened the door for me to leave.

The staff is always friendly, and courteous here. The store is always busy. Needs to be a few more associates.

The salesmen at this store saved my life.
My phone malfunctioned and I needed it fixed ASAP.
Must have been the coffee spill in the hotel room a few days ago.
They were able to get me in and out within half an hour and with a new phone.
I have never had customer service like this…
Fast, courteous, friendly and helpful.
