Só nao Ganha cinco Estrellas porque nao tem variedade em alpargatas. Mas a loja fica bem localizada, excelentes employees muito atenciosos e gentis.

I’m not an avid online shopper, and my awful experience with Havaianas confirmed exactly why. My beef is not with the store, the salesperson was lovely, but I should never have had to make the trip into the store if Havaianas Online store had been more attentive.
I bought a pair of sandals online directly from Havaianas over one month ago, anticipating the summer and a beach vacation for which I am leaving tomorrow. I admittedly wrote one digit wrong in the shipping address I provided. As soon as I hit process payment I called a customer service representative to explain that I’d made this small error and asked for assistance.
The rep was sweet but not brilliant and said that they cannot intercept a package that’s already been ordered, they simply have to wait for it to be returned. That was frustrating as there was no telling when the package would be returned to Havaianas, but I remained patient. After 3.5 weeks I called to speak with someone about what had happened to my sandals. Again, the rep was very kind and constantly assured me that my query would be taken seriously. He would forward my concern to management as I told him that I was leaving the next week for my beach trip and needed them to arrive by 6/​29, today, at the latest. I asked, «should I call back tomorrow to check on my order to ensure it gets to me in time???» I was assured by the rep that management would get back to me within 1 – 2 business days at most.
THEY DID NOT.
After over a month I just wanted my *****sandals. I felt entirely neglected and pissed off frankly, that no one took the time to get back to me after all that times. I went to the Havaianas store on Bway & 48^th, picked up a pair and then called customer service for the 3^rd time to tell them its time for a refund. The rep on the phone said to me «man, what a bummer…»
What a bummer indeed sir.
Could your customer service team perhaps mean what they say, just once?
