I ordered a takeout order that I came and picked up. The food was ready fast and it was all delicious. Had chicken fingers, Buffalo pockets, shrimp rolls, corn poppers, and quesadillas. Every thing was incredibly delicious and I really loved their dipping sauces. Thank you for a bunch of really good finger foods for my event. I would highly recommend.

My food arrived over 40 minutes late and was cold when it arrived. Literally cold to the touch. I had to reheat it in the oven and even then it wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t order here again.

Ordered a salad — baby spinach, blue cheese, tomato, and avocado — for dinner. Thought I’d give it a little kick and got buffalo dressing.
Delivery came quickly (25 mins or so). Beware: If you’re envisioning the buffalo dressing as creamy like I had — it’s not. It’s straight buffalo sauce. Not to say it’s not good… But keep this in mind when ordering and ask for it on the side!
My salad toppings were perfect, but my salad was so saturated with buffalo sauce that tears rolled down my face during my first few bites.
Mouth on fire, I tried to suck it up and keep eating. I couldn’t do it. Sad over the prospect of fresh salad going to waste, I called Harmony to see if they could deliver more lettuce so I could fix the dressing-​to-​salad ratio.
The guy on the phone was super helpful and nice about my overly dressed salad and request to send more lettuce. After speaking with his manager, he told me they would be sending more lettuce my way.
They sent me A WHOLE NEW SALAD. More lettuce, yes, but also more toppings. Sans dressing. Exactly what I’d been hoping for, and then some.
I mixed the overly dressed salad with the undressed salad, and everyone lived happily ever after.
Big shout-​out to their customer service and helpful employees! Will be ordering from here again.

I really liked this place. I ordered food from here on Seamless and it came 30 minutes early, the food was fresh, and it tasted good! I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The portion of fries were HUGE! I couldn’t finish them! The sandwich was delicious. Overall, I thought it was really yummy and very time efficient!

Food was late, couldn’t find the place when they DID finally get here, despite my EXPLICIT delivery instructions.
My sandwich had mayo on it with no indication on the menu that there would be. And I HATE mayo, so the sandwich was basically inedible, since I couldn’t scrape it off.
Then the donuts. OH, the donuts. The «Crème Brulee Donuts,» which I was pretty excited for, were nothing more than cream puffs (BAD cream puffs, at that) with some chocolate sauce on the side. And there were only TWO! I splurge $ 5.75 on calories I shouldn’t be consuming for TWO SHITTY Donuts? Donuts which were cold by the time they got here late? Couldn’t even get through one.
And they should not be listed under «American» or «Healthy» on grub hub, as they are neither. They are a crappy Asian fusion sandwich shop, and they need to go away.

I ordered here once before and it took a while for delivery. The food was only okay.
I ordered again tonight… and an hour and half later I still haven’t gotten my food. The place closed at 10pm, so no one is there to even pick up. Just don’t even bother. Thank goodness I can at least contact Seamless get a refund.

Ordered on Seamless. I was excited to try their food, but my food never arrived. I’m in bed with a fever and was hoping to eat something tonight. I guess that won’t happen. Will report to the Better Business Bureau. Don’t order from this place.

This place is great! I’ve ordered from them via Seamless many times and I’ve never had any of the problems others here have complained about. Order has always been correct and arrived on time with the food hot.
The chicken sandwiches and quesadillas are unusually good. Their appetizers are weird but delicious… the corn soup dumplings were unexpected but really tasty. Their portion sizes for the apps are kind of skimpy. But other menu items are good sized.
Love this place!

So here’s the thing, the food is good… when it’s available. I’ve placed several orders using GrubHub (seven to be exact) and ⁴⁄₇ times, after I placed the order, I received a call from someone at the restaurant saying that they were out of something that I had ordered (usually the coconut shrimp rolls). Here’s a tip: if you’re out of something, don’t allow it to be listed on GrubHub. The first time is understandable, but FOUR times? Also, once I ordered Taro Bubble Tea with Lychee Jelly and received Mango Bubble Tea with Tapioca Pearls. Attention to detail is key.

Wish I knew that before walking a mile (and back) at noon on a Tuesday. I came to a closed shop with the metal door pulled down and locked. Lights turned off inside with nobody in sight.

Listen to the Unilocal reviews. Their food may be good, but the delivery service through Seamless/​GrubHub is abhorrent. A two hour wait, cold food, missing a part of my order, their telephone line was dead, and the delivery guy never showed back up with the rest of our order. I had to get in touch with Seamless to get a refund.

Don’t let the delivery person leave until you check your order. I’ll never understand how delivering a complete order isn’t part of a business’s basic operation. After waiting 30+ minutes more than the estimated time (I can forgive this), we only received ²⁄₃ of our order (I cannot forgive this). You had one job, guys. Also, phone line was conveniently busy for the rest of the evening leaving us unable to communicate their error. Unbelievable. Never again. Too bad too, because the dishes look creative and innovative. Get it together.

Let me start by saying I am pregnant and after having a very very long day I decided to try out Harmony. Sounds like a lovely place and I was greatly disappointed.
Ordered my food on Grub Hub and the food never arrived.
I ordered the food and received confirmation email for arrival time and it never showed. I received text messages saying when food should be arriving. Yet… It never came. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. Called grub hub. They also called and received no answer. If I could give less than a star I would. Thank for charging my card and not delivering. You ruined my night.

I ordered a salad tonight through seamless and it was delivered quickly enough. I figured this meant my meal was off to a great start, no. It was tasteless with dirty lettuce and I found a hair… A HAIR on the lettuce. The salad wad instantly tossed in the trash and the restaurant was closed so I can’t call to complain. If I become sick, I’ll update this review. I highly recommend eating elsewhere.

Best food I ever eaten that took 1:45 minutes to get here. Rumor on the street is that the food is made in the hamptons and the restaurant has a deal with the Long Island railroad for delivery to penn station where it’s received by and upper west side mom with a double baby stroller and jogged to your location.
Shit happens and I understand, but for your delivery boy to make me sign my receipt and not say thank you, or sorry for the wait blah blah blah… Bullshit

I ordered through grubhub and got the chicken and avocado sandwich which was on sliced bread smothered in butter and not in a good way at all. The chicken was very bland and it just didnt taste good at all. I also got the coconut shrimp spring roll which were good my problem was I hardly got a bite of the shrimp and the rolls are so tiny and only bring four at a $ 6.75 price. The sauce it came with was good also. Overall the delivery was quick food arrive in decent shape but the sandwich wasn’t good at all and its a bit pricy for the quality and serving size offered.

My husband and I have been here twice in the past 2 weeks and I’m a huge fan! We have had a quesadilla, sandwiches, and a giant salad; everything we ordered has been fantastic! Delivery was on time and when we went to pick up food there was a cute home goods store next door that we could browse during our wait.
Highly recommend!

Ordered delivery from Harmony via seamless. I wont bother to do that again. 30 – 45 minute estimate turned into an hour and 35 minutes. This is for 2 salads, some dumplings and a bubble tea (bubbles dont make it bubble tea, btw).
The salad i got, the cesar is decent, the lettuce does seem fresh, as does the chicken. But the dressing is heavy (thank god i got it on the side), and really negates this place being «healthy.» Selling a few salads and «light» food but gloppy dressing doesn’t make it healthy. The make your own salad i got was meh at best.
The passion fruit bubble tea was inedible. I tossed it after a single sip. 1) adding tapioca bubbles doesn’t’ make it bubble tea. 2) it was so sweet i think I have to make a dentist appoint for the new cavity it yielded. If it’s sweetened say so, or offer a choice.
The dumpling were both decent, but an ok salad, slow delivery and dumpling will not bring me back to order from here again.

Sit down for a second and let me tell you about my new favorite spot in Harlem. It’s called Harmony and I absolutely cannot get enough of their delicious, fresh, thoughtfully crafted, heartwarming sandwiches, salads, and apps. I’ve ordered so many times that I’ve lost count. Some days I’ll «forget» that I have nothing in the fridge at home for dinner just so I can fire up my seamless and summon a delicious little treat right to my doorstep. I pretty much always go for the buffalo chicken melt and then get an app on the side. I’ve always gotten delivery and it’s always in my mouth in under 30 minutes. Order from here! It’s great!
