I was in the neighborhood and hungry so i stumbled upon this place. It was maybe 2 people ahead of me so it gave me a chance to look over the menu. I order the buffalo bowl(rice bowl with bonless buffalo chicken) and when they ask me what sauce. Since i had never been here before she recommended the omg sauce and i went with it. I am glad she recommended it, it was soo good and the chicken was very tender too. I recommend people try. Its worth it.

Okay, the service is sometimes lacking and maybe they run out of boneless wings more often then I think is acceptable but is it good? Yes, yes it is. They also don’t use giant GMO wings and I for one appreciate that. It’s got a nice vibe inside and always good music.

Walked and at 11:25PM. No line at all, which is a rarely, but is Saturday night. Immediately got to the front counter and was waited on fast efficient and professional by Michelle. Two for me 7 minutes to my order was ready and it was ready in 4. French fries nice and crispy and warm, chicken wings hot, barbecuey and tasty. Awesome I don’t why this place only got a 3 rating.

I rarely eat wings or am even anywhere near this area but i had to check it out. The wait was a bit long but worth the wait. The best blue cheese ive eaten n i like that they pack celery with it. The cashier was very courteous and patient with me considering i asked so many questions for something so simple. Can’t wait to return.

I went in tonight with the intent of taking out a Buffalo Bowl(rice & boneless chicken) in OMG sauce with blue cheese. The girl taking my order seemed new, which I’m sure was accurate because my food came out ‘right’ but all wrong. I ended up with bone-in chicken, with fries and no blue cheese. Upon giving my food back to the other cashier on duty(whom I’ve seen there before) she pointed out that my receipt itemized what I had gotten. I told her I honestly didn’t look at the receipt, but I know what I ordered and it was not fries, and I do not eat spicy chicken without blue cheese. I tell her the correct order and when she brought the food back it was five pieces of bone-in chicken with mild sauce, no fries or rice. At this point I’m very frustrated but I still have yet to turn up! The third time she finally brings my boneless Buffalo Bowl and blue cheese, however with mild sauce still. I asked for the OMG sauce in a cup so I could just get out of there. What was supposed to be a 10 minute food pick up turned into a 35 minute disaster. Needless to say I’ll probably be looking for another wing spot in the area. P. S. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with getting the wrong food at Buffalo Boss.

This is my favorite wing spot. I’ve been to all three locations(Harlem, Brooklyn and Barclays stadium) and the food is always consistently good. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. My fiancé loves the barbecue flavor(non spicy). We are nearby the Harlem location and I must say, the restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. The layout is well designed, and the menu is filled with a whole selection of deliciousness. Awesome, awesome, awesome place for family to enjoy each other with great chicken! On top of that, they actually have polite, respectful staff. I placed an order today for the Super Bowl and the food arrived on time and the guy who delivered it was very nice. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t yet.

Well let’s begin by saying this is a fast food wing joint. There are 3 wing spots along 125 that have caught my eye– this place, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Wing Stop. Having tried Buffalo Wild Wings(happy w/them) I was just looking for a quick cheap fix and had to choose between here and Wing Stop. Here’s why. I read Wing Stop’s reviews on Unilocal which are not good at all. What freaked me out the most was the fact that someone was served undercooked chicken(huge health concern). Also, I have heard not only about how terrible Wing Stop is by numerous employees at a near by office/commercial building but another person told me that Wing Stop serves undercooked wings. I stopped by today and ordered a 6 pc. Buffalo(medium) sauce meal w/fries and a soda. Michelle(the young lady who took my order) was nice enough to let me try a sample of the sauce w/a French fry bc I was curious to know how hot the sauce was. That was terrific bc it showed that she valued my business as a customer. It was also nice that instead of standing and waiting, she brought the order to the table I decided to sit down at. The meal was about $ 9.50… Just about what I expected to pay at a fast food wing spot– and hey it’s half the price of what I would had paid for a meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. The meal came w a cute little doggy bag which included 3 small fresh celery sticks, a small container of ranch sauce, napkins and some ketchup. I feel other Unilocalers in their complaints on the wings being small. They are small which is disappointing considering how cheap wings are on a wholesale price. This place advertises that the wings are organic and stuff, and although quality chicken is important the size of the wing is just as important. Aside from the small size of the wings, they do serve a generous amount of crispy delicious French fries. Their sauce was on point, and their ranch dipping sauce was great. The place was clean(including the bathroom). I do recommend this place if you are looking for a wing fix on a budget. It’s definitely worth a shot. The biggest recommendation I do make for the owner and management of this establishment is to up the size of their wings. This place has a lot going on for itself but they will surely loose business if they continue serving such small wings.

This is probably the worse experience I have ever had while ordering. I ordered through grub hub and it took them over 2 hours to send me my order. On top of that the order was completely wrong! The manager«Michelle”/ Marqueta(she gave me the wrong name) told me my food was on its way. A hour later and I still didn’t receive anything. I called back to ask her for a refund and to forget the order since the rest of the food was already cold. She repeatedly asked me why I needed my money back. I had to call grub hub for assistance on getting a refund. It’s been a total of 3 hours and I am still waiting for my refund. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!!! The service sucks and the employees are HORRIBLE. I just wanted some wings :’(

I came here after a meeting across the street at one of my health centers. The wings were pretty good. I ordered the combo, which came with 9 small wings, fries and some celery. The inside of the establishment is small, but clean. I would come back again if I am in the area.

The food is so good. I get the special $ 5.99 for 5 wings(with mild or lemon pepper) crispy and french fries. The place is clean and has seating room. I took away 2 stars because the cashier attitudes are a little unpolished, service is slow, you have to wait a while for your order. Make sure you check your bag before you leave. Besides those little tidbits, I like it.

Ordered via Seamless on a Sunday afternoon and our food arrived half an hour before it was projected to, even with the NYC Marathon between the restaurant and my place, so, no three hour wait horror stories here. The boneless wings with OMG sauce were pretty tasty, but I’ve had better garlic parmesan. Pretty good fries and mozzarella sticks as well. Would order again.

A place can open on Monday & by Tuesday ppl write hyper-critical reviews as if real humans arent working there I swear ppl approach places looking for flaws to Unilocal about. Cut it out already. Anywho, my deliveries have always arrived before the estimated time provided by Unilocal & if something isnt available or if there are any issues someone has always called to give a heads up. It’s always nice to discover a new place to order from here in Harlem. Rather than order from the restaurants I frequent, I chose to give Buffalo Boss a try. Okay so I ordered from seamless. I ordered 6 piece wings and a order of chili cheese fries. First of all, I live on 157 and they are on 125. Today is kinda chilly and rainy out so I understand a longer wait time for delivery. Luckily, delivery was on time as quoted via seamless. The young lady who delivered my order was nice and apologetic for the«extended» wait time. There was nothing to apologize for, it was on time. So my mouth is watering for my wings and chili cheese fries and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. The wings were fine. But I got cheese fries instead of chili cheese fries. I was a bit disturbed by this. I waited a little over an hour for delivery, at least the order could’ve be on point. By the time the food arrived, I was hungry so I ate in disgust. I called the restaurant and a gentleman answered, I explained my dilemma, he offered to have the proper order expedited, I declined(only cuz it’s cold and rainy and I live a bit far), but I did encourage more efficiency. Not sure if I’ll order for delivery again, but I do want to try the chili cheese fries. I eat very well, but to find good comfort food is not easy at times. I wish they would’ve nailed it the first time. We don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.

I ordered the 12 wing and fries special for the football game via seamless and after reading the reviews, I was skeptical if my food would even come. Thankfully, it came in about 50 mins and my food was between warm and hot. I was okay with it because I expected a long wait time. The chicken was really good, seasoned well, and the sauce was tasty. What wins here is the bleu cheese — it is so darn good! The fries were nice and crisp, not too salty. Like the other review said, the special was to come with a 20oz soda, but they delivered a 12oz can — all good. Seems that they’ve been paying attention to our complaints and doing a better job with delivery :)

Just ordered from here. We knew it could potentially take a bit longer because of football. Order arrived in the estimated time and the delivery person came to our door and rang the bell. We ordered a 18 piece wings. It is described as: «Includes Boss blue cheese and celery. For orders with multiple sauces, please specify number of wings per sauce.» We wanted to split sauces and for that we had to pay 50 cents extra. Fine. Whatever. But I think that’s a rip off when the wings are already almost a dollar a piece. We also ordered them extra crispy. Ordered a side of sweet potato fries. The wings are tiny. They aren’t saucey but more of a dry rub. That’s fine, I actually like that. They are warm and they are soggy(no where near extra crispy). No celery or blue cheese. The fries are soggy and near cold and I couldn’t even really eat them. I ate the wings but they weren’t good. I decide to call and talk to a manager to see about fixing the situation. I thought they should know they forgot the celery and blue cheese and that they could even think about fixing the Seamless description. She tells me I didn’t check the box to say blue cheese. Now, there was a box when you order that says«add blue cheese + $ 0.70» but why would I check that box if the order is described to include it? Also, would I have to pay for it in my already really over priced order? She says she didn’t want to waste food so they don’t put it in unless you check it. I say that’s silly and you should change the description. She tells me that’s Seamless’ fault — pretty sure the restaurant owners have say on what Seamless says… She tells me she will make a note to comp my next order for the same amount of my order($ 23). I wonder if this will actually hold true. Not that I have a huge desire to order from here again. She did offer to send it out again today but I declined. Also of note, my receipt clearly says«blue cheese, celery». I’m attaching a picture to this review. This place needs to work on some stuff. There’s no way they will survive if they don’t with another wing place down the street and the new Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered delivery via Seamless on Saturday night around 9:45 with a delivery estimate of 60 – 70 minutes. After reading reviews, I was prepared for the worst but my food actually came in about 55 minutes: 5 stars! I ordered 6-pc boneless wings with OMG sauce. They were hot but not unbearable, not very saucy at all but had more of a «rub» and were quite tasty. I wish I didn’t have to pay an extra $ 0.70 for bleu cheese after paying over $ 6 for the wings but the bleu cheese ISGOOD. Also ordered the 6 bone-in wings combo special with Blazing BBQ sauce. Fries were good and crisp, wings were small but saucy. Sauce was a solid spicy BBQ. Minor note: instead of a 20oz drink as described in the combo, I received a can. Meh. For taste/value ratio: 3.5 stars. Finally, the delivery man called me when he was downstairs to come get my order. I sent my boyfriend but was still annoyed. I live in a well-lit doorman building: 1 star.

So aggravated with Buffalo Boss!!! My boyfriend and I decided to order wings from here we used the seamless app and ordered at about 6:20pm. He ordered the 12 piece OMG sauce wing combo and I ordered the 6 piece garlic Parmesan wing combo. I also ordered a side of the Fire in the Hole sauce just because we wanted to try how spicy it was for future orders. I specifically wrote in the notes that I just wanted a side of the Fire in the Hole Sauce. Seamless informed us our food would be delivered by 7:30pm but 7:30pm came and no food. So my boyfriend called and at first the person who answered the phone couldn’t even let us know if our order had left but eventually stated that the delivery guy was out so we should receive our food shortly. 30 minutes went by and still no food, so my boyfriend calls again and this time asks for a manager, the manager then stated that they were backed up with orders and the food should be there in about 5 mins(I wish the first person who answered when we called 30minutes prior could have told us that) So now the food is here and I have 3 garlic Parmesan wings and 3 Fire in the Hole wings, THATWASNOTMYORDER!!! And being that the Fire in the Hole sauce was ridiculously spicy I was only able to eat 3 barely room temperature soggy wings which hardly had any garlic or Parmesan. I did try my boyfriend’s wings also barely room temperature and soggy. I will not order from here again! The service and food was very disappointing

Our cashier was really patient and got our order correct. It’s really clean I don’t know how long that will last because of the location. There’s enough space and enough seats nice place to just eat with friends or a causal date. Lost a star because the price is a bit high(my opinion). Will come back

I called up at 830 pm for a simple delivery at the beginning of the football game. Was on hold for 5 minutes, and then took another 4 minutes to place my order. Then, an hour later when my food hadn’t arrived, they told me it would be 20 – 25 minutes to arrive. An hour later I called back and they told me it was on the way. Of course the order never came. Now we are on the phone with the manager and the manager can’t decide if the food is on the way or not. Eventually they told me it was not on the way yet. And that they would give a 30% discount. Which quickly turned into a free order after telling them we’d rather cancel. **** 3 hours later halfway through 4th quarter(FYI we live 16 blocks away) *** No food has arrived. We called the restaurant again and this time, the person who picked up said he was the owner. That they still hadn’t sent the food over and he would deliver it himself personally. Now 11:00p we said to forget about the order even though it is free. I don’t understand if they are understaffed or inexperienced. I have eaten there once before and did want to eat again — because the chicken is organic — but it would have been faster to drive to an organic farm upstate, swing by Buffalo and get some sauce, and come home and cook it… or go to Whole Foods.
