Best. Khakis. Ever.
I stumbled upon Grown & Sewn’s Tribeca store two years ago. I haven’t bought khakis from anywhere else ever since. They’re timeless but with a more contemporary fit. The fabric and construction is higher quality than I’ve found anywhere else. They’re double the price of your typical J Crew khakis, but totally worth it and in an entirely different league in my view. These pants are longer-​lasting, better fitting, and more polished — ideal for a smarter casual look.
One tip: if you buy khakis, wash and dry them once or twice before any alterations. They shrink in length a tiny bit.
The store also offers shorts, belts, and jackets. I haven’t purchased anything besides the pants, though it all looks great.

Stopped into the Tribeca store a few weeks ago and one of the owners (Rob) was looking after the store. Great, personalized service and amazing pants. Picked up 2 pairs of khakis + a pair of shorts. I’ve worn all items several times and love everything. Pants fit me better than off the rack equivalents from big box stores (I’m 5′ 10″ with a 34″ waist). Literally the comfort of worn-​in jeans with a look that passes in a not-​too-​formal office environment with loafers OR sneakers on the weekend. I will be back in cooler weather to check out their heavier weight offerings.
