They don’t speak English. Food tastes awful
Ordered salmon avocado roll and got only salmon-​_​– when I asked the server for my avocado he said no, then 3 other people came up to my table to examine what was going on.
Bad service and Overall bad food. don’t go here.

I ordered for delivery. I had a hankering for some dim sum and some spice, so I checked the menu and decided to give this spot a try. I went for Dan Dan Noodles, Dumplings in Hot Oil and Har Gow. The dumplings were fine, but the Dan Dan Noodles were really terrible! It was a bowl of overcooked noodles with a swipe of brown sauce in the center. There was no minced pork, scallions, cilantro or ANYTHING other than that tiny swipe of plain brown sauce. It was REALLY disappointing. Also, there was no dipping sauce sent with my Har Gow — who does that? It just seems like no one cares about what comes out of the kitchen and out to customers. To mess up such a small and simple order speaks volumes about whoever is minding the store…

FYI that the 10 for $ 20 deal is for dine in only. I bought the coupon not knowing it was for dine in only, but the staff was very friendly and apologized for the miscommunication. I enjoyed my dinner here which was a plate of yummy sashimi! It tasted good with the complimentary miso and salad. I think the fish could’ve been a slight tad fresher, but the bf thought it was fresh and delicious. For excellent service and good food, this is the place to be :).

First clue to being good — busy place
Ordered sushi & sashimi combo. Very good presentation and tasted excellent. Very attentive staff. Had Unilocal coupon so this only cost $ 16 plus tip! Awesome deal!

It was great choice after a long travel day. Jumbo shrimp and broccoli was fresh and tasty. Shusi was very good but sauce was a bit wired. It was fresh and yummy. Best part it delivered.
Fyi i ordered Thai iced tea and only got green tea.

Very odd experience. The Unilocal deal is great, but, I won’t be back. You receive two menus… One for Chinese, one for Japanese. And, service was just really really odd. I don’t want to be overly critical of people and staff, but, trust me… It was a very strange experience… but, then again, I should know better as a local, than to go to a restaurant on 42^nd street. It was convenient at the time.

Food even worse than before, service just like always, i give 1 star. If you seek to find a sushi restaurant then stay away from it. The fish is not fresh at all compare with other sushi places in the town. I even saw a cockroach underneath my dinning table. But when I left, there is big «B «on the window then I realized why I saw a cockroach, thank god I didn’t find a dead one in my dish, never go back there again

Above average food, good service, short wait on food. Not the best miso soup but certainly not the worst. I would have it again.
I had the fish fillet. Looked a bit weird I must admit.
The broccoli was awesome! Must try that. I’m sure there are more dishes that are super I just haven’t figured it out yet.

Best sushi ever!!! Perfect sizes, wonderful taste, excelent service!!! Great presentation of the food! The place is not fancy but you feel great there! Good place!

Overall, it was a pretty decent experience.
It was somewhat cold in the main area (winter) making it uncomfortable. The main gripe I had was the service. I came in with a Groupon that had a specific meal, however the waiters were somewhat confused about my order. After sorting that out, they served a somewhat disappointing miss soup, and salad that had way too much dressing.
Their one redeeming quality was their sushi which was pretty tasty. The other dishes in the room, including their Chinese selection also looked pretty delectable. Looking past the initial confusion, I could probably see myself ordering takeout from here.

A group of us came here to get sushi, but ended up ordering primarily from the Chinese food menu, because of how amazing it smelled when we came in. We saw another table with a hot pot, and had to get one ourselves.
Our evening turned into a wonderful experience – we ordered a bunch of different plates that were delicious! The Cumin Lamb dish was out of control good, the Singapore noodles were great, and the hot pot really made it an amazing spread. Honestly, the hot pot was enough food and we really didn’t need anything else, but we’re glad we ordered a few other things as well!
Great place — we’ll be back!

I’ve been here once before, but that was about 3 years ago. The food is still as good as I remembered it! That time I was here I ordered a bunch of different rolls.
This time I was here I wanted to try something refreshing for my sushi craving. I usually leave unsatisfied after eating sushi, but today everything was awesome!
I ordered a Sakura roll which has no rice and wrapped with cucumber. It was so refreshing! and it wasn’t too much or too little. Five pieces of it was just perfect. I also had a side of wakame (seaweed salad) and it was seasoned (pickled) just right. And also I had an order of unagi nigiri just because I love eel.
I went with two other friends and it was their first time and they actually really liked the place. They ordered an unagi bento and a Korean BBQ with salmon sashimi bento. The food came out really quick and that’s good since we were in a time crunch of one hour. My sushi came out first and then their food after.
The only bad thing about this place is the parking, but we got lucky with street parking right across the street. We would definitely come back if we’re in the area!

Had the Sushi dinner Groupon for two. Rich Pan, server and manager treated us great from the get go. Basic soup and salad followed by 3 reg rolls and 2 special rolls. All rolls were top quality!!! Regular rolls were, yellowtail scallion, spicy crunchy tuna, and shrimp avocado. Special rolls were soft shell crab and the House Special roll. All rolls were fresh, very neatly and tightly packed, with not too much our too little rice. The Special House roll a had very generous amount of fish in it, all fresh. We saw tables around us with the all you can eat Chinese meals. Next time, definitely going to try that. Had pinot grigio and it tasted okay. Glad we found this small place right by the bus terminal right before heading home.

This place is 5 stars from beginning to end. I’ve been to this restaurant twice, thanks to groupon. My boyfriend and I have nothing but positive reviews both times.
The restaurant features a dual menu of Szechuan and Japanese. The first time I went I had Chinese and the second time I chose from sushi menu. Both times, the food was delicious and delightful.
The service is even better, they are able to balance quality with speed. That’s great for a New Yorker like myself.
The next time I went they offered me sake on the house because I returned. I enjoy there food and hospitality.

What a great place! Perfect pre-​show location and amazing food! Warm, friendly staff and a nice combination of Japanese and Chinese food. We started with delish hot and sour soup, then progressed in some beautifully prepared «standard» rolls and then some very special rolls. Everything was great including the extra bottles of yummy sake the boss «insisted» we have, lol. A definite must-​go

OMG this place is awesome! The food was fresh well done and the presentation was superb.

We had the rainbow roll and the general tso chicken. It was incredible! Staff was friendly and food was served quickly and hot! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
