Placed an order for flowers at 11:14am. I was GUARANTEED delivery within 4 hours, not to mention, I PAID for same day delivery. 6 hours later, after 5pm no delivery and customer service has stopped responding to my requests. The young lady I wanted flowers delivered to has gone home. I am waiting to see if anyone will EVER respond to me on a full reimbursement. I see one person has given them 5 stars. Well, continue to use this company in Miami, but not in NYC. They will definitely FAIL you as they have FAILED me. Update: So, because customer service REFUSED to respond to me, I actually had to call in while i’m at work. They offered to deliver the flowers tomorrow. Tomorrow? They offered no explanation as to why they were not delivered. They offered me 30% off and to deliver them tomorrow. If I wanted them delivered tomorrow, I would have asked for them delivered tomorrow. This is a company to stay away from if you actually need something delivered in a timely manner. This was more distributive to my personal life than I care to go into. Guys, you cannot depend on these people. Moral of the story, do not use this company, for any reason whatsoever. Update 2: I chose to have the flowers delivered tomorrow. With a 30% discount. Something is better than nothing, and they have a set up I know she will really like. But just the same, I am not happy and will not be using this service again. Customer service was unbelievably disrespectful by not responding to me. Before this issue, I had a few question before and they all responded within a timely manner, now all of a sudden, silence. Basically, this company strikes me as uncaring, unprofessional and an attitude that they will just do anything that they want to when they get your money. Suggestions for the company: Improve your same day delivery service, or at least get it to work They promised by noon tomorrow. Lets see if they can get that right. They have a whole 18.5 hours to complete this task. Lets hope it’s enough time. Update 3: So, they tried to deliver the flowers last night at 7:32PM(02/04/2016, when they should have been there no later than 3:14PM) even after they said that it would be delivered the next day. Then I get an email saying that my order was canceled. I replied that the last thing was to have my order sent on 02/05/2016 before noon. It would also seem that they used the same exact flowers from the day before, not even bothering to use fresh flowers. They were wilted and discolored. They were delivered about 10:30AM, they manged to get that part right.

Top Notch Florist! Placed an online order yesterday to be delivered today. I called the Birthday girl today only to find out she’s traveling on business for her 4 week rotation(she’s an auditor)! I could not get off the phone fast enough. I called customer service to cancel the order. I spoke with a wonderful young girl named Holly after a few minutes she came back and told me she spoke to the manager not to worry that they were going to cancel the order! I was shocked at the efficiency and the wonderful customer service I was receiving.
