I was in the store today and had THE BEST customer service from Johnny. He was extremely knowledgable and could have been more helpful in helping me figure out the best products for my needs. Have to visit this store and ask for him if you are looking for new products or want to change your routine.

Love the products and the store! Try every flavor of the lip sugars!!! They are all beautiful, flattering, and great for winter!

The Manager, TARA KARI was sooo RUDE and the perfumes does NOT stay on NO longer than an HOUR!!! As a first time customer, I purchased a few items for gifts and was not notified about the store policy.
During my second visit, I want to return the items due to my friend not liking them and the scent not staying on. The Manager, TARA KAZI was extremely rude as she refused to even look at the receipt and brazenly repeated the store policy in front of customers. Her disrespectful demeanor continued to mortify me as she sarcastically laughed at my response, ignored my request for the name of the District Manager, and escorted me to go online write a complaint on
.
Overall, this was the worst service I received in my life as I am extremely livid with Tara’s poor communication skills and disrespectful clientele interaction. The associates are fair but the Managers are rude. Customers do not deserve to be talked down to and belittled by any employee, let alone, a Manager. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

I used to come here a lot, since this store is fairly close to the MAC store. It’s not as big as the other store, but this place offers E Space in the back.
I never had a bad experience here.

the best part of living in nyc is that you can usually find a brand boutique that sells everything from the brand, versus having to find whatever products are sold at bigger department stores… shortly after moving here, i sought out the fresh boutique because ive always loved their shower gel, which i would buy at saks, or online, and wanted to see everything they sell
the store is small, but located in a charming part of the UWS, perfect for a lazy afternoon shopping trip… and the first thing you notice when you enter is that its not overpoweringly smelly… like sabon or lush… and the staff has always been amazingly nice, helpful, and not overly pushy to make a sale. the only reason it doesnt get five stars is the price, these products are really expensive… and $ 80 bottle of bath soak? yeah, they have a whole story as to why its amazing and costs as much as it does, but really?
the cotton shampoo smells so clean and wonderful. the apricot showergel was used by a friend who was staying with me and she told me everyday how much she loved my showergel (made for a great and easy xmas gift, too). ive yet to try something that hasnt been worth the money, so maybe the soak is next on the to-​try-​list

Fresh is my favorite line of beauty products. Everything here smells amazing (yes, fresh!) and is great on the skin. I’m more of a bar-​soap kind of gal (as opposed to shower gel) and apricot fig is my favorite scent, although they are ALL fabulous! Even my husband likes their soaps and asks me to pick up more when we’re running low. The sugar face scrub will leave your skin soft, moisturized and without a trace of dry skin. The soy face wash is gentle and nourishing. I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you a 2-​page review. Just know that I’ve never been disappointed with their products and it’s worth the $.
This is my favorite location in terms of customer service. They are friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. I’ve been to every other Fresh location in the city and I’m either ignored, get cold service, or someone tries to push something on me.

Yummy, clean, and FRESH products. DUH! Their customer service is excellent. I bought a bunch of parfums and received a ton of samples. I loved the Soy Face Cleanser and Sugar Polish the most!

I think I’ve finally found my favorite facial cleanser! I’ve been using Fresh’ Soy Face Cleanser ($ 38) for the past couple of months now and have been loving it since. This is a multi-​purpose cleanser:
It acts as a make-​up remover, cleanser and toner!
So now, I no longer feel guilty during nights when I’m too lazy to use make-​up remover before cleansing, and toner afterwards. Because this super cleanser does it all!
And it has a healthy scent — fresh and clean. Makes you think your skin’s getting a lot of extra nourishment!

Let’s talk about good service.
Greeting a customer when they walk through the door. Offering your assistance. Finding out the needs of the customer. Not pawning off your specials and the most expensive stuff first and unnecessarily. Not reciting a script.
This Fresh delivered on a day when I really needed some attention. Some TLC. My new favorite consultant Stacey was so good to me. I had an aversion to Fresh because their perfumes didn’t smell too good on my skin but she led me to my new love Fresh Brown Sugar Body Scrub. She was so relaxed and down to earth. She wasn’t pushy or aloof. We totally bonded.
