It’s somewhat hidden but dude this is some serious bbq. The guys that work there are totally awesome and the pork & chicken pulled sandwiches are game changers!

They dont have a big menu and they dont need to– the pulled pork sandwich on the challah roll was awesome and so were the ribs.

FGB is one of a kind! It’s a cute outpost in the meatpacking district connected to what’s to become an awesome art gallery supporting local artists. The vibes are chill, the BBQ sandwiches are top notch, and the grill masters aren’t half bad to look at ;) definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood and want some good food

Great new bbq place in the meatpacking! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious as were the ribs. The space is really casual and relaxed with a great outdoor area. Upstairs there is an art gallery so you can come for the food and stay for the art. Very unique. Definitely will be back!

Excellent new BBQ spot/art gallery/walkup food window. This weird concept that can be slightly hard to find(gallery entrance on 9th Ave., but walkup to order BBQ off on the side street), is currently serving an incredible Pulled Pork Sandwich. Topped with pickles and served on a big fluffy challah roll, it’s just as good as the other major player, Mighty Quinn’s, if not better. They also serve a similar Pulled Chicken Sandwich, which happens to be one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve tried that wasn’t fried. The meat in both is super juicy and goes perfectly with the bread. The only other thing they’re serving right now is Baby Back Ribs, which also happened to be excellent. They are currently only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 6PM, but I hope to return soon to try some new stuff as they expand the menu, because the current offerings are very promising.
